This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.

Thank you for doing this video.... You are the first video to show the problem actually happening unlike the other videos which just state the coffee maker is not pumping and or not working properly. Your real-time malfunctioning operation of your machine mimic's my exact problem I am having. All three of my ports in the needle were blocked with coffee grounds and hot chocolate residue. (Paperclip 📎 engaged). Ports cleaned and water flow resumed. Also I was able to remove the kcup holder and the plastic water shelf below the k cup holder and completely clean all the parts in the k cup 🍵 holder. Yes they all come out. Thank you again for making this real time repair video for us who need on the job training.

The needle trick works great , if you have a can of compressed air it helps push the grounds back up so it can flow back out again too. It’s crazy that in our developed world we are ready to throw away as soon as a little issue arises. These videos prevent that so hats off to you.

It worked for me too! I unplugged mine and was ready to toss but a quick online search saved it. I could hear the machine trying to pump but only drops. My initial attempt with the paperclip was more of a few pokes, but the stream was much better and a lot of grounds in the water. I cleaned it a second time a little more vigorously and the brew after that was full stream and even more grounds in the water. Thank you for sharing!

WORKED!!! I did it before, but hadn't really jabbed it in there too far. 😂 I ran vinegar water through several cycles then water afterwards. Manual says we're supposed to do that once a month?will run an entire tank. My Cuisinart Keurig cost $180 and is 7 years old. Going strong again! ❤😊

Randy, Thank you for honing in on my problem. You were my 4th video trying to diagnose my pumping problem. As you I only use filtered water and descaling process hadn't worked. Now I need to figure out how to put screws back in that holds plastic top in place from another video that did NOT help. Have a GREAT DAY!

THANK YOU!! It worked! 👍🏻👍🏻 I never would have thought of cleaning the needle with a paper clip. I poured water manually into the k-cup holder & flushed out coffee grounds. Quite a lot came out, but it still wouldn’t pour. Now that it does, I’m going to descale the machine & have a fresh cup of coffee when all is done.

Water still has an issue but my coffee Kcups now finally give out enough coffee as opposed to 1/4 cup of muddy waters. Best regards and have a cuppa for me. Thank you. 😅

Well, this worked perfectly, except I had run the Keurig just beforehand. So when I declogged the needle, the Keurig shot scalding water all over my hands and arms and now I've got a couple burns. My fault, but be careful people - unplug and let rest like 15 minutes before declogging.

Thank you! I couldn't find a paper clip. So, I used a *water spray bottle* and squirted into the needle a couple of timed and that worked to dislodge the grounds. That worked. Yay!

This fixed the problem for me a month ago, but now it's clogged AGAIN and the fix didn't work this time ☹️
I have had to get pretty aggressive cleaning it, and I've heard some people say they hit it with some canned air

Took the whole thing apart, tried clearing the lines, checked all the connections and tried cleaning the arm.

Fixed. Our unit had some grounds and what looked like a bit of mono filament line. Not sure how that got in.
