  • This short Natural Movement practice focuses on "one thing" - Foot Hand Crawling. Crawling is a total body workout that builds strength, mobility, and coordination. Simple...but definitely not easy. In this workout, I'll take you through the basic progressions and variations.

Thanks for the great workouts. I’m almost 50. When stiffness sets in, I do movements I learned from you. I can feel the years roll back and I am limber again.

I love these back to basics vids. I like the way you embody the exploration, rather than overtalking it. Great, as ever.

Appreciate you! These practices never got really much traction here but glad you see that there's so much depth to explore in the basics! Keep it up✌🏽

    Thank you for this.
I'm returning to movement after an injury and posture restoration PT. The follow along for these basic movements has been helping me restore strength with proper posture and movement patterns. This style of follow along is severely underrated and underappreciated, imo. Much gratitude for having made this, and the others like it.

FINALLY a fun way to exercise! I didn’t realize how weak and tight my wrists are until doing this workout. The rotations were challenging as well, I couldn’t rotate very far. This beginner video is perfect. Thank you so much for your videos!

This was great, thanks for making it, I did it this morning! As a beginner who resembles a rusty tin-man when it comes to movement I really like follow-alongs that focus on "one thing". It's so helpful for getting started, more complexity can come later. Thanks!

Good stuff! rolled right into that one from the last one in the mobility playlist...2 back to back really gets me there! I had a pinched nerve or cramp in my wrist before I started today.....now it is totally loosened up!

I’m new to this so this focus on just one movement helped me ‘learn’ to do the move ‘properly’ and found a bit more flow because of this sort of ‘breakdown’ of the movement. Thank you….more like this please.

I'm getting over muscle weakness from illness so this is great. I usually do yoga, but I wanted to try this. I didn't make it through the whole video yesterday, but did it today. I'm going to keep with this foundational movement until my strength increases. Thanks!

Please make more beginner friendly videos. I am just starting and have disabilities and a bulging disc so I want to build up slowly and I may stay at beginner level for a very ,one time if not forever. I am getting ‘bored’ of doing the same few videos over and over. Also, if you could do a few that are shorter…10 minutes. As some days I want to do something but I either don’t have as much time or I have to try to work it into my day as a quick ‘break’ or I’m just not feeling great but still want to move. Thank you for putting these videos out here for me, I love this type of exercise, even if I’m not great at it. I have been ‘barefoot’ for 3years and this type of exercise fits in so well with all I have learned ( from the feet up ,about good, natural movement). I was so happy to find these videos.
