      Hell yeah to the 75 rounder, or whatever the length of a 40 round pmag is. Also the polymer mag!

    personally I think you should have showed the mud and sand test, using both the Quattro mags, and the STANAG conversion kit, but that just my opinion. however being transparent, I am more interested in the WLVRN, and learning every detail about it, and the punishment it can take. especially if it can handle the mud and grime Appalachian backwoods, of the southeastern KY. that I would happily test out for y'all!

    Since the quad mag is for 5.56 would that mean 50 beowulf rounds could also run through it?? Since it was designed to fit in standard 5.56 mags

      Anything designed to feed from standard feed lips could theoretically be made to work well with the standard magazine body. But when the case sizes vary considerably from 5.56, you can get issues feeding more than one round reliably. This could be remedied with a different follower, spring and/or an internal sleeve. The 9mm Endomags in a standard pmag are a good example of this. In the case of .50 Beowulf, you would absolutely have room for a full double stack, but since you actually have considerably more room than that, I expect you'd need new internals to slim it a bit and transition it from double stack to single feed like a pistol mag does. So, probably cheaper and better to make entire new magazines designed specifically for it, and just 3d print them.

    Can you change the grips on the Quattro Lower?

      Yes.

      @@joshmuirhead1154 What about the other controls? Mag release, safety switch etc.

    • @joshmuirhead1154
      @joshmuirhead1154 Месяц назад +1

      @@SodaPrezsing I’m unsure if you can replace the mag release. I haven’t bothered trying, but the lower receiver is barebones as it gets. No grip, no trigger, I went with a binary which came with the switch and had to buy my own take down pins.

      Safety and trigger yes. Mag release and bolt stop no because they are custom to the quad stack mags

    Hopefully this means the uninformed can stop whining about the openings in the magwell.
