Previous viewers are all saying things like "Super!", "Very helpful", "Great job!" I can't be the only person who finds these applications totally impractical. Now I admit that I'm an old fart (68 years) and don't wear the wide red stripes of a "WT Practitioner" but I'm not totally clueless either. I did train WT with Leung Ting in the 80s up to 3rd level, and later with Emin and others, eventually earning my 4th level, and more importantly was an Escrima instructor under Rene Latosa. GM Latosa (RIP) was nothing if not practical. These applications of Chum Kiu are not practical. You may be a talented practitioner, but this kind of impractical instruction has killed Wing Chun/Wing Tsun in our time.
There are also more practical individual applications hidden in each movement, he is just showing a possible application of the form as it is performed, i must admit not very practical in a real situation but none the less a possible flowing application. Its up to the individual to recognise and perfect moves and techniques hidden in all the forms as long as they do not break any of the Wing Chun rules of structure etc. What works for one person might not work for another .
