There are many different methods of practicing Wing Chun's Chum Kiu Form. In the Chu Shong Tin method we find the axis (center of gravity) and utilize that as the main 'engine' for ALL Movements leading to effortless power and speed. This concept is easy to comprehend in terms of physics, but of course the ability takes a lot of practice to achieve.
Once the Center is discovered in the Chum Kiu form, it is important to then try and apply it by doing a lot of partner training, pad work, sparring etc.

Near the end, the stuff on moving from not only the Centerline, but a Center Point is invaluable. Play around with your horse and explore.

@@MindfulWingChun Common dude your Yi is already on the target and with the right structure you just need to fallow the energy not going before it,haha you stepping on the target already did that before you move with your body, but this man cannot feel it or understand how it works. Your master was great , probably the best I have seen and also very good human being,it is not that strange that he had this level of skill,in Lao Tzu we read : Those who has the best fighting skills doesn't like fighting! From all of the Ip Man students he really paid attention and actually did what he supposed to do, great man really, appreciate the character of the great master, always respectful and never full of himself , his nature suite so well with internal art ,I am glad that this man never change his heart. I know so many people who have just little skills and act proud and full of themselves, compare to your teacher they are not even approach the understanding of what real power look like, but he was not that type of man,he could blast almost anybody and became famous and popular also rich,he never did anything like that, so if you go to his level some day remember that lesson too.
Wish you great success in this work,I know many people can not understand or appreciate what you are doing and some are absolutely against your work, but keep doing it , people need to have that , this is so profound and universal, just the fact that it's real and exist method for learning will change many things.

You became better , thanks for the reply. Let me ask you , do you practice anything else before SNT like 8 brocade or any other stances, looking SNT as your teacher explain it I remember he was talking about one leg and reading some old books I found that in old days this was called chicken legs or leg position , in this book they give also the principal of internal coordination of feet and hands , also the text explain how the feet make 2/3 and hands 1/3 of the work. I believe its very much like the SNT form . WC was internal and probably very serious and secret art ,the structure, the concept of the middle line and anything is just as it should be if you want to do it right internally, also the sticking , people have no clue what is sticking hands, making some fake and funny looking western boxing drills or some foot work and think this is sticking, very far from the right way of doing it probably.
Have a great time and keep doing what you do, its working !

@@dimodrenchev584 I do some standing practice but it's just with the SNT stance. Separately I practice the low horse stance from the Long Pol Form of Wing Chun. That's the only 2 stances that I practice for Kung Fu.
But I do Yoga which has various different postures, breathing practices and mediation which supplement my Wing Chun training but keep the practices Separate

Well, thanks again Nima! I wrote this before, but the things you explain really remind me on "practical method" from Chen Zhonghua.
He also describes moving from the centre line or creating dots you don't move so they are becoming the centre 🤔
