I got mine a couple of days ago. One of the needles gets stuck and the whole thing is kinda janky. I ordered mine new in box on eBay from a dealer in the Ukraine. They are not an Addi dealer, and I can't imagine the shipping from Ukraine, and it got here in 2 days. I'm not going to bother them. I hope that ordering new needles works. It's my first Addi product, I expected it to be metal ❤
Try it again with a lighter weight yarn. Try a 3 weight and one that doesn’t split easily. There really is a learning curve but once you get it, you will love it. None of the Addi machines are metal.

Not sure. I would check for a broken needle.
I have wanted one of these but with the reviews from the groups, not very good reviews for sure.
I changed the needle and it works beautifully.
