Chris is a throwback not just in terms of aesthetics but personality as well. We lost this version of alpha male a long time ago -- cool, calm, humble, doesn't demand a lot of space and attention but wins it all anyway in the end effortlessly silently, well deservedly.

In terms of comparison if you put a 21st Century Arnold beside Chris it would be close, but 1970s Arnold was no where near as lean as Chris which means Chris would take it. That's why you can't compare Golden Era bodybuilders to nowadays. Its not even the same class anyway.

When he came second to breon that first year i had a gut feeling he'd win it again in 2019. To see him being sponsored by gym shark i think is awesome too as i love their gym gear. Well done to Ben & all his company ye are awesome too. As for chris bumstead winning the mr. Olympia classic division for a second year is awesome, I love his demeanor such a deserving champion of the sport. His whole family & his brother in law just inspire the hell out of me. Shows theres still really great people on this planet.

I also broke my arm and have plates and screws in my arm. Every pushing movement is painful if I'm pushing myself. Starting out I couldn't barely do a single push-up because of the pain. Pushing through I've been able to grow. It's good to see someone of his size and statue, it gives me hope.
