Hey Rich I'm a big fan, I'm 16 going on 17. It's been a really big dream of mine to be a bodybuilder. I'm having a really hard time with consistency, my parents are divorced and I go back and forth. My mom and stepdad are fully supportive of me, I eat great and train great, on the other side there's my dad and stepmom and I don't eat right and train there and it fucking kills me. Im a teen that is planning to be the best tennis player and training hard everyday, this really motivated me cause rich is one of the best in what he does and did, and the mentality that he had as he said, every greater human in history always had that mentality, and that what im talking about is sports, and now he said he had that in Bodybuilding... im like : "thats it, thats what i need" and this really really motivated me, i got few tournaments coming in few months, and if i dont win at east 2 out of 3 or 4 then i'll fail my future career, cause this is where being a winner in tennis starts, and this really really really motivated me to be a straight minded arrogant winner mentality, even if you never was one, Thank you Rich, i really believe this message was from god haha, a big boost for my self esteem! Best advice ever. Don’t play amateur sports, don’t play in college, only play at the professional level, the rest is a waste of time. No offense dude but that’s some horrible advice. If everyone could jump to 280 lbs and skip the local circuit they would. But most people never reach that size/weight and the local circuit is the only competing they’ll ever do. That’s like saying don’t try at all unless you’re going to be a pro the moment you start.
