McDonald’s need to commend you on the excellence and Pride of your work ethics. It needs to be mandatory that every employee watch at least one video a week. Show that they need to take pride in their work.
I have a few questions about McD hiring and working practices: Anyone who never worked, would anyone working there required a food license? Does it cost the employee to get the license to work at any fast food? Are the employees 'assigned' to one specific work duty like the fry guy, strictly ONLY fries, or do they get rotated to different duties once a week, once a month? Are they required to purchase their own uniforms? How does the employers work with autistic or handicapped employees, in hiring and working with them? (Are they good with them, patient with them more than a "normal" person would be? or stick them with low totem pole jobs for however long they work there, never to be working as a line or fry guy or cashier?
