You gotta do one of these like once a year since stuff changes at least once a year I feel😅. Haven't done any beta flight stuff in a minute because I'm like ugh do I really wanna learn beta flight new stuff 🤔 DC life🍻
If I was setting up an old quad that has a Naze 32 FC( yes i know its old) what target should I select in Betaflight? Naze is not one of the options presented to me.
Hi...thanks for this tutorial. But I have a question (if possible), I did everything like you but I noticed that when I don't have propellers and I slowly add throttle with the transmitter, the engines accelerate but if I go more than halfway with the left stick (center and up) and slowly take off the throttle as if I'm landing, the engines will not slow down to minimum (initial as when arming) speed when the stick is fully pulled back. Is this normal engine behavior as the drone is not actually in the air? Thanks
I am working on a delivery drone project for my college... And I want to make a autonomous drone controlled with ardupilot mission planner... Does I need to configure a radio controller? Or mission planner will be enough?
You only need the battery plugged on for spinning up the motors, certsin vtx functions, and certain battery operations. (As far as I recall. The rest can be done just usb.)
Hi. Its a great video tutorial. Actually I need to setup stabilize mode in my nano brushless drone. Its flying in angle mode for now which I feel little agressive for me like a beginner level racing drone pilot. I am unable to find stabilize mode in betaflight 10.10.0 version. Please help/guide me. Thanks.
Great tutorial . Question: Is there anyway to calibrate or adjust the Amps shown in the Power and Battery Tab? I calibrated the voltage and it is spot on in the OSD, but the Amps are are way off. I fly the GEPRC Moz 7 and it is showing 8 amps at full throttle on the OSD so it is way off. There does not seem to be any Amperage calibration in Betaflight or maybe I am missing something. Thanks for any advice
Calibrating amps is a very big pain. I would contact the manufacture, or look into your controller specs for the proper settings for your board. Theres a couple ways it can be measured. The ugly answer, if you can't find that info is to fully chargeva battery. Run it. Then charge the battery and see how many mah the charger put back into it, do sime maths etc and then enter the numbers in betaflight. 😅 I've never done it myself, but there should be a tutorial out there somewhere.
By far the best tutorial for Beta-flight! All but gave up trying to set up with a new 3in until this video. Now im flying without issue, thank you!
Glad it helped. My other Betaflight tutorial was so old so I recently did this one to help! 👍🏻
Great video. As a newbie in fov I really appreciate it!
nice drones in the background
Bruh that receiver is whats got my attention sheeeesh lmao that's for a BOSS! THAT THING IS SOOOO SEXY!
Great explanation of betaflight.
Thank You
Thanks man this video was just what I've been waiting for
Nice one Justin!

You’re welcome 😊
Thank you!

Much better video than wasting hours on Joshua baldwells channel
What if your usb cable plugs in on the bottom and no way to keep drone flat while connected to usb? Will that affects caligration?

Both yes
Do I need to have the battery powered plugged in before I plug in the drone to the laptop.

I saw an option for android device would it be OK to download it
Works with my S23 Ultra
My chromebook lets me add a betaflight extension does that work??

There is no betaflight 10
Turn your rates and throttle down to tame it

Is there is a reason why reciever randomly stop showing up in BF.
might be faulty cable any connection problems is probably a cable.
Not everyone is a know it all? 😂😂😂😂
