Yes, I also had bad experience with Tata dealerships. I bought a Nexon in Dec 17. The PDI was not done properly and yes they did charge me for logistics and handling which is illegal. The dealerships are really spoiling the image of TATA Motors
I did manage to meet higher authority Tata official and have spoke to them about this, they seem to have already started to work on it
Rahil Chodanker Yeah they have a customer feedback survey whenever you complaint. They are sending agents to meet you and try to understand what your complaints are but honestly the kind of solutions they offer is not very encouraging. Moreover, I just hope Tata Motors acts on the feedback the customers are providing.

you are comparing with different segment cars, you know that right.elite i20 and Baleno are premium hatchback cars. you should compare with tiagor with ford aspire,Dzire ,etios,figo aspire..... list goes on with your budget.Please compare with different segment cars.tiagor has well built quality but rest of cars will outperform in any otherwaysfor starter its 3 cylinder engine (69bh diesel and84bhp petrol).pls consider this as a request.

Baleno may have premium price but nothing premium in it... I think swift should be priced 35-45 lakhs nd compared with mini Cooper 😂

Check Ford's dragon series 3 cylinder engine, which outperforms Baleno...it's technology does matter...not just specs on paper...but 1.2 k series of Maruti is tried and tested engine...it's pretty good...No doubt abt that..Maruti has reliable engine with overpriced Avarage quality accessories..Tata new engine in Tiago tigor yet prove there mettle

Had done full payment in last week of March.

Sales representatives are very good.

We have just completed our 2500 kms long journey from ahmedabad to pune to mahabaleshwar to goa to belgaun to pune to ahmedabad in all types of road 2 lan, 6 lan, hill road, jungle road with full load 5 passengers and full boot. I want to say that we enjoyed lot and never feel under power. just amazing ride quality, handling and mileage of 21.6 kms/ltr. We went goa from ghat road and return from belgaun to pune highway. Tigor is comfortable in all types of road, condition. Great value for money. Best car..fully satisfied with Tigor.

Tata dealers every where are totally unprofessional and lax. I tried Prerana and Concorde Motors in Bangalore and they were so laid back and not at all customer friendly . Finally I decided not to buy a Tata Car. Concorde Motors which is in fact owned by Tata Group lost my cheque given during booking.😲😲

Also, I too came really close to buying a Tigor. I have immense respect for TATA but the higher ups need to realise that their dealership network is ruining their reputation. Their poor pre and post sales service lost me.

I do not agree with you bro because I bought in January this year tigor and my experience is bad because car body is not very good and after 1 week of buying tigor sound start coming from gear lever and the dash board , I complained regarding this issue and more than 8 times I took car to the service station but they are not able to fix this problem and I am highly disappointed and regretting buying tigor
I am really sorry with your experience bro, I didn't have any of such experience in my 7 month ownership.
However i recomment you complain on the TMSC app and the service center will get on its toes to solve your problem.
Trust me TATA motors takes the complaints form that app very seriously, if you want any assistance from the community then there are all to help you

Actually...I really want to know why didn't you feel the real Baleno rather than you showed to us a 90's car interior.... But nonetheless tigor is also one the best car in its segment....
Thing is i owned old gen swift long back so i was pretty much happy with it, and now that the baleno is marketed as premium hatchback the side profile is amazing very modern but the moment you enter the cabin its like the same old swift, there is no improvement in that regards, doesn't go according to how it is portrayed as premium hatchback

Are tigor is best for commercial vehicle
NAVPREET SINGH for commercial purpose don't go for Tigor as the main priority for commercial vehicle is fuel efficiency. So your best bet would be a car from Maruti and consider CNG or diesel.
One car that i can suggest you is toyota liva diesel or etios diesel.
Also you can try ford aspire diesel.
These cars give you 20+ mileage on diesel

Hey bro nice vdo i think tigor is vfm car but why are you comparing baleno interor with 800 what u want to proof also tigor interior are copied from tiago and baleno and dzire are much premium cars yes they are expensive but they feels much premium if someone has no problem of budget they can easily go for tight budget like 7 or more than tigor but 8-9 lakhs baleno and dzire are best options look at baleno alpha it looks like a bomb!! and this tigor is copied from a 4 lakh rupees car tiago also u are mentioning in the comments that maruti cars are not safe really?? baleno 3 star swift 4 stars and u will say that Europe an models are heavier and haha safety does not depend on build quality or weight if it than why such heavy cars Scorpio and safari failed in the crash test..and punto which is so called build like a tank failed in the crash test... safety does not depend on build quality it depends on chassis crumple zones body roll aur safety features and tigor is beutified indica bcoz both these cars are based on the same platform..also they are not tested in the crash test if tata cars are so safe tham why tata is not sending their cars to crash test just don't defame any cars maruti are much safe as well premium..nice vdo

@@RahilChodanker yah polo gt offers the best performance and handling definitely its better than baleno no doubt on that. But polo gt also lacks some for it price. For example it doesn't has that space and comfort resale value. And polo gt and baleno are from same segment but the purpose of making both the cars are different baleno offers value for money car cheap maitainence mileage and polo gt is sports car its basically for enthusiastic. Not for those who required the car for daily usage. Even though elite i20 is premium hatch back but lacks many things compared to baleno. First of all elite petrol has worst performance and handling its not even near by to baleno secondly after being 1 lakh rs costly than baleno it has less space and legroom compared to baleno.
umang Gala exactly my point bro,polo is luxury and thats premium offering and that's why I'm saying that Baleno is not a premium offering, not even my Tigor, these are budget cars which are just one step above entry level cars

I own 2018 tigor, have made few changes and added few accesories. Tigor now feels and sound completely different.
Actually tigor has very good leg space then DZire.
I have increased underthigg support on all seats rear and front by 2 inches, then did sound dampning by 3in 1 7mm sheets on door, bonnet, and rear luggage lid, added some extra sound deadner to car floor in front seats end, and then 5d car floor mats from autofurnish.
Noise level before sound deadening was 65 to 80 and now it is 58 to 75. We can now talk easily in car while driving traffic and road noise has gone down considerably but still you can hear important horns from other car.
Underthigh support has added to comfort and now it is more comfortable especially long rides, car mats give it premium look. Speakers sound awesome now .
I think company should consider these as option to customers. It just takes car to new level in comfort and luxury department. Total expenditure was 22000, car mats , Napa seat cover with increase in underthigh support and sounddampning sheets.
Great! But for me as well as for many others the car cabin noise levels are good on their stock condition.
You must be an audiophile as sound deadning will help your music system a lot. Cheers

Handling charges are illegal well u can press to tata motors to reverse it.
And yes driving is amazing. Went to long drive days within i bought it, it was a very smooth drive.

tigor is just ok, after test drive i didnt like d interior quality, plastic quality is poor, door locks r of substandard plastic n finish, its a descent offering from tata with room for improvement

Well look and feel of the plastics are better than Baleno- I am no expert to lab test and judge the quality of plastics though

Response of my Baleno friend when he first entered my TIGOR XZO: "Yaar isme to sab mehengi car jaisa de dia hai -luxurious hai dekhne me andar se bhi :O Tata waale na jaane kya kya karte hain aajkal " :D And I was like: "That's why I tested your Baleno and others like Grand i10, i20, Figo, ignis etc and finally settled for Tigor ;) "
i also want tata to be great in automotive industry, n i think they r moving in that direction ex being nexon, its great.
bt as far as tigor is concerned, there is big room for improvement, in terms of quality.
baleno has issues relating to build quality n suspension, but otherwise its really a cool car, great styling, great interior design, good comfort n space etc
note: i am no fan of maruti

Car is amazing no worries of the car. Just that in Goa the service is not upto the mark. I have found good service in Belgaum and Mumbai. In comparison to Mumbai, Goa is 10 years behind
congrats on ur purchase but in my opinion, 4 cylinder engines of swift, baleno etc make day night difference compared to 3 cylinder of tigor... the power delivery feels so much more smoother..
Even I used to believe the same bro , but after driving the car I can safely say that it does not make any difference at all, infact my frnd who bought Baleno says my tigor is quicker in power delivery.
One polo user said Tigor power felt equivalent to polo,
