Go on RUclips and search for Nissan Peddle relearn procedure and it shows you what to do step by step it involves turning the ignition switch on and off and pumping the gas pedal a few times, the video explains it perfectly in detail and it helped me out when I was finished cleaning my brother's throttle body on his 2016 Versa

There is a large camp of people who seem to think you will destroy the throttle body electronic control sensor by ever moving the butterfly by hand. It seems that's a ridiculous theory? I feel like some people probably were careless in how they handled the butterfly and perhaps even let it snap back hard. I truly can't believe that just gently moving it while disconnected from the car is going to damage it. Thoughts?

What could happen if you connect a coolant line to the evap line? I’m having issues with 1 and 4 cilindres misfiring and I already replaced my spark plugs and coils, but I noticed I had those lines in the wrong spot for a bit and drove it around

@@737mechanic Update for you my friend. Me Putting new spark plugs and boots on weren't the issue. The crankshaft position sensor wires (under the car between the engine and transmission hidden behind the heat shield i.e. hard to get to) had the coating melted off and they were stuck together. My mechanic pried them apart and electrical taped them. I just got my new wire and sensor from Amazon and he recommends I only drive to a mechanic with a lift who can solder them as the current wires are super brittle.

A 9/16 spark plug socket will also work on this car. I just did this job on my Versa two weeks ago and used that particular spark plug socket size since I didn't have the 14mm. Also used brake cleaner to clean the TB because my spray nozzle on TB cleaner was trashed. The brake cleaner didn't hurt anything and it runs great. Used those same NGK Iridium IX plugs too but I installed a new set of Fel Pro gaskets.

@@papagallo5379 it was running fine, I changed the plugs because I Versa I bought is a 2013 and I didn't know if the two previous owners replaced them. I found one of the spark plugs I replaced was broken inside the ceramic insulation from corrosion. I was able to pull on the tip that the coil slips over and the rod inside came out in two pieces with brown and greenish corrosion. The outside of the plug looked fine except for a worn electrode. Seems like these were the original plugs and have never been replaced in 120k miles. They were NGK Platinum plugs.
