    Exactly what I needed! Thank you for the detailed explanation. I’ve been pressure washing and my arms and hands are beyond sore and this really helped.

    Would it be possible to use this on the palm of your hands, near the knuckles area of your thumb and wrist area at a low vibration?

      As many times as you want as long as you are not getting bruised or sore from doing it.

    Hi could this help with a trigger finger?

    • @nunof01
      @nunof01  4 года назад +1

      Hi there, same as your meniscus question! When it comes to specific injuries and dysfunction they don't do much. The massage guns help a lot with recovery and discomfort but they not have healing properties. They act more as a preventive measure, aiding recovery and mobilization work of tissues and joints, depending on how much this particular dysfunction affects you it might just be useful in some pain management.

    Anyone have any luck with cubital tunnel treatment

      Hey joe, there are several approaches needed to treat that specific condition, and depending on the severity of it a massage gun might or might not be enough! However, my girlfriend has it and since she started using the gun regularly and also made some changes on desk posture and ergonomic keyboard and mouse it has significantly improved , she also did physio for a while. So bear in mind the gun will provide some relief, it can help prevent fatigue and overuse accumulation but I would suggest combining with more strategies! 😀
