Can you please tell me how to use this the proper way for carpal tunnel or tennis elbow, pain goes from elbow to top of forearm and down to wrist. Which one would work best. Thank you very much
Hi depends on how deep you wish the massage! Any head can be used . If you’re feeling too much I always suggest the ball or flat head. If your device has a cushioned head use that instead.

Hi Roan ,yes you can, however it requires some juggling to reach the mid back, unless you have someone that can help you ! Lower back you can still DIY I have a few videos on lower back techniques. There's a brand in China that came up with a wall mount ,waiting to get one to try!
Hi I usually recommend the ball shape head or some sort of round shape! Take a look at this video technique explaining how to use it on upper back and neck ruclips.net/video/mHSsEYszN8c/видео.html
Hi Josh , it's not so much the heads, but the type of massage you want out of the device ! Take a look at this video where I explain the different timings and objectives of the massage! Then you can find the combination that best suits your objective. Any further questions let me know. ruclips.net/video/wE_TBxyyY2U/видео.html
They are all good for the back ,it will depend on the type of massage you want ! Take a look at this video where I expand the types of usage a bit more. ruclips.net/video/wE_TBxyyY2U/видео.html Durability wise my Hypervolt was the first massage gun I owned, I have it since June 2018 and still works. But again user experience might be different!
How long ago was the tear ? If you're still in the rehabilitation process consult with your therapist. If it was long ago and you're just feeling general stiffness and soreness ,use with mild compression so flat and ball shape only to help recovery and improve blood flow ,I would also look at which movement patterns flare it up and avoid those .
Can a machine like this help for asthmatic people? When you get the flu or bronchitis. In the hospital they normally knock the back or front of the chest. This gun does percussion and vibrating. I wonder if it will help.
I've seen a video of a nurse using it on her husband to help move fluids around in the lungs! So although I can't confirm for sure it does, in theory the percussion might help move fluids around that build up and help with some relief ! But as for asthma ,don't believe so!
As much as you feel enough as long as you are not getting bruised or feeling uncomfortable. Sweetspot is about 2 to 3 minutes per area but you can do more if it's helping you relax and address soreness
@@nunof01 hi,what are your thoughts on icing with gel pack or ice bath immediately after massage gun release... For eg. If I do lactate threshold training and after that I use massage gun for lactic flush with flat thing and immediately ice bath or gel pack???

not sure they have really any effect on cellulite. however I do feel there's an increased stimulus of blood circulation using the flat shape head. Give it a try and let me know if you feel any results.
Great info dude, I just picked one of these up today and I’m obsessed! Mine came with 1 more head than looks like the ball kinda but it’s more rubbery and soft. Not sure what it’s for?
Well you definitely can use it! Wether or not we are actually "breaking" nots we don't know, but definitely beneficial towards recovery and releasing some tension in that area!
Hi Ryan, it definitely assists in reducing muscle tension and tightness, but as for postural changes, there's more work to be done depending on how accentuated is your posture. Self Myofascial Release is just the very first layer in terms of corrective measures. If u sit down a lot I would suggest a standing desk and some postural awareness!
Hi there, yes it can be used to relieve some of the soreness and pain associated with it and accelerates recovery. However it might not treat the specific condition. Prevention still key ❤️
Hi Ryan I would suggest using the ball head ,with very little pressure ! Whether or not you actually break scar tissue we don't know ,but the vibration and stimulus around the skin area will improve blood flow over time which can provide some relief !

However the message gun if properly used can provide some relief and increase blood circulation to the affected areas. Talk to your therapist on how to use it to help mitigate some of the discomfort caused by those conditions
Great video!! Question...Would you still use the ball attachment to break up scar tissue and massage on the knee after a few months of a knee replacement?
Yes I would, provided it doesn't feel tender to touch and the tissues have healed properly also applying a very mild compression is best at this stage . I had a surgery in September to remove a cyst on my left knee, and I did that. It dramatically improved recovery for me!
You need to always tell the viewer what speed you should use and why. Low speeds feel far more penatration than at higher speed. FYI many guns have levels from 1to 20 for example
Hi Norman , the speeds are also very important , but not as important as the heads you are using. For this video I chose to specifically just address the heads as each head can significantly change the experience of the massage and speed is just speed. It is true that a lot of guns have 20 speeds but they are all usually around the same range which is between 2000ppm and 3500ppm (max).
