Great information! Does this also help with snapping hip and perhaps the piriformis muscle tightness that cause Sciatic nerve pain?

Too much reverb on the audio, but great video other than this; my hip flexors and impingements around that area in general have been the bane of my existance for years now. I have a similar massage gun though so I'll try some of these for the next few weeks, thanks.

Maybe I missed it in the video but is there a frequency that we should (or more importantly shouldn't) be doing this at? How often is too often? How often is not often enough?

I like setting 2 for most clients but use what is comfortable to you. Always best to start light and work into the intensity.
Also listen to your body. Overuse can cause soreness and increased discomfort in some cases. I like to try to spend 5-10m daily in different body parts!

Use to your ability where it feels good, OK to use over joints with light pressure, find your tight/tender areas and work away!

Yeah a little bit of acoustic treatment in that space will go a long way. There are many video on RUclips. You want to absorb flutter.

More of a personal mantra. Rise up, overcome, you can be better and do better then you did yesterday. Find something new and exciting that makes you think, feel, act or be greater then you were in the past.
