    I can't put the hypervolt on my calve. it just hurts too much putting it on the tight/knot area.

      Ahh sorry to hear, watch the goata feet exercises and implement foot and hamstring /glute strengthening. Just need to balance the muscles out.

    How long do you do this per leg?

      Start for a few minutes each leg 1x a day and you can work up to 10 or 20minutes per day each. Great to do while watching TV or chilling on couch.
      Start easy and work active foot drills after the hypervolt.
