    Adam, since I purchased my Renpho R3 massage gun I have discovered how transformative this is to loosen up tight muscles and improve flexibility. Since my recent visit to a Chiropracitioner who, apart from identifying some moderate shoulder rotation and forward head posture issues, said my spine and hip flexibility was in a pretty good condition. This visit kick started me to focus on posture and shoulder flexibility. I've been doing yoga on a daily basis for 3 years now and this has been fundamental for a pain free back which has always been a major problem for me being 6'3. My work out regime is ab-wheel, 2 min plank, hand weights for shoulders and arms, yoga, breathing exercises (I saw your video there too). Intermittent fasting always. Now studying many posture exercises (hand weights, elastic band, broom stick etc.), these exercises including the massage gun instantly improved my movement, flexibility and posture, I've grown one inch taller, I feel 20 years younger (no joke) and lost 4 kgs in 10 days despite eating and drinking whatever I want (moderately). This morning I discovered your video and ....boy.....you took me to the next level of feeling great and vibrant. So many sore hip and thigh muscles, stuck for years. Yoga wouldn't undo these deep muscle issues. Your lesson using the gun has done wonders in just one session, and I will be repeating this for the foreseeable future. At over 50 I today feel tall, strong, springy and lanky again - and that you also feel in the happiness department. It's all connected. THANK YOU for sharing this, and keep posting, I'm following 🙂🙏

    Hey Adam, just want to thank you for your video it literally gave me my life back. My hips were locked, and I researched and tried everything only to find the next morning I was worst. I could not walk and was falling into despair. I did purchase the massage gun earlier but did not know how or where to administer treatment. Keep up the good work!

    Just got one side (left) done and the difference between the left and the right is astronomical right now. It's a whole body relief, not just in the hips. One side is so at ease that the pain on the other side that I've learned to live with suddenly feels unbearable.
    Part of me feels bitter to be just 20 and dealing with this degree of pain, but in a way there's some good in it. Building habits like these to care for and protect my joints ought to do me well the older I get.
    Anyways, thank you for this! It's become part of my nightly routine now.

I was able to sleep on my side without my hips, hurting! Winning! I also love that you’re focused on the iliacus which many people don’t talk about and for me is crazy tight! Do you ever use the harder attachment? I’ve been doing that lately.

    Hi Adam, I've just discovered your massage gun videos and I want one! Luckily these are available in the UK, but can I trouble you with a question please? The Mini is cheaper and more portable (obviously), but only has two attachments - the thumb and small ball. Would you recommend I buy the Pulse with it's six attachments or would the Mini be good enough for hips, lower back, neck - actually, you name it, and it's stiff!! - of a slight-built woman? No point saving money if I'm not going to get those 'Wow' results... Thanks again for saving us ache-y people around the world.

    • @dradamfields
      @dradamfields  3 года назад

      Hi Elizabeth, I don't end up using a lot of different attachments. You will just use one or two. If you are traveling constantly, get the portable. I also like the smaller one because it charges with a USBc which is readily available. The battery life and Hz are similar in both units HOWEVER, I don't own the smaller one yet. So, i can't give you my final answer yet. I'll order one today and do a comparison.

I have a little technique I use with my gun I don't fully hold it on in the direct position I use the ball attachment and use is sideways so the ball only rubs and doesn't punch on the sinus. I like a fast setting. Doesn't bounce around as much. When i do rehab in the office I am using specific frequencies for different body parts that i am targeting. For instance, for lumbar discs, i vibrate at 40 hz. You don't need to worry about that though. just mobilize your hips and check out my 90/90 video also. Take care.
