I have been dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome and wrist tendonitis for the past month. This is new for me but I have been suffering from neck problems due to 3 time whiplash. This is helping my neck more than anything I have tried before, included adjustments. The shoulder and the arm are way more relaxed. The only thing that is still there is the occasional acute pain in my wrist. I will keep doing it daily and see. Great video. I just purchased the massage gun and this is the video I needed.

Thank you so much for this. I have a massage gun, and so it has been really useful to watch this to find out where to use it to optimise results. More importantly was is ‘safe’ around the neck area. Great tips with the holding the massager in one spot and then doing the glides / movement to aid, Never tried that before. Works wonders. Thanks again

Considering that I got carpal tunnel from DIY use of vibrating tools, I would not use a vibration gun. A theragun has a different motion and if it doesn't vibrate, may be ok.

Do you have a buy me a coffee? I owe you one. I pretty much use this video everyday for my carpal tunnel massage with the Theragun. Mine of course so strong even I. The lowest setting that feels like some is boxing my palm and it goes backwards the width of my wrist is smaller that the size of the dampener so the TSA is not sufficient 😂.
I wish Theragun would use your video instead of what’s on the app.
