- This 20 minute yoga flow class for beginners and advanced students is the perfect combination of movement, stillness, and breath. Focusing on the Earth Element of Air, this vinyasa based yoga class for all levels will allow you to truly connect with that inner universal life force, your prana. As we move through the gentle flow and standing yoga asanas I want you to constantly focus on deepening your inhalation and exhalation. Allowing your mind the opportunity to find the present moment through your practice.
The element of air is all about movement, creativity, and that deeper realization that we are all a part of something greater than us. So as you slowly move and relax into this yoga practice for stress release, allow yourself to connect deeper with all that is within you. Be patient, take very yoga pose modification that you may need, breathe, and let go. This yoga is to help you let go of anything that may no longer serve you, whether that is anxiety, stress, negativity, or overall tension. So let all that energy go with each breath and enjoy. xo

I did the flying pigeon and oh so slowly and gracefully fell forward flat on my face. I held it, though, while snort laughing with my smooshed nose.
the amount of times Ive fell on my face during this pose... hahaha.
That happened to me when i was learning bhujapidasana 😂 my glasses really did not appreciate it

This needs to be called balance practice. Had to quit 10 minutes in because I couldn’t do any of this. I tried to push through but got so frustrated. Saving this for a future practice
I felt the same way but I did my best to finish even tho I was falling every 5 seconds

Im going to do this one 3x per week alongside other yoga workouts.I tried to do certain poses but couldnt quite manage.I gave it my best shot and know over time I will get stronger.So proud for my efforts x
While doing this practice, I encountered several challenging posture and understood, that I am not quite at that level. However I told myself that with practice and dedication I will get there. This is what you taught me throughout my yoga journey and to be honest, I have changed significantly. I'm newly subscribed and found this workout. I was so challenged! I really enjoyed some of the sequences. I felt really good after this workout! I added some extra ab work at the end for myself and I felt like I had such a great workout that I went to lay out at the pool all day afterward! Loving your videos! 💜
