@@RehaSunshine-yr2nj No, Toby didn't date anyone. I think the reason is just that Toby trying to enforce HR rules is a buzzkill to Micheal's over-the-line shenanigans. Also Toby's personality is a bit "down" and "buzzkill" by itself, in contrast to Micheal's hyper and chaotic personality. The whole thing is very unreasonable and cruel. Micheal has no filter and carries all his thoughts and emotions on full display, for better or worse.

I absolutely love when Michael makes Meredith his custom drink. Impressing an alcoholic is an achievement and it might the only time they actually have a 1 on 1 good time
I partially agree, but on the other hand, an alcoholic like Meredith might be just as easy to impress with the _taste_ of the drink as anyone. Her reaction might've been from the alcohol content (this would be a great achievement), but it might've been just that it tasted really good (also an achievement but nothing to do with her being an alcoholic).
One thing that makes the office so great is the lack of music and laugh tracks. So when we laugh we actually laugh and don’t feel coerced
This,Community and Ad are really good examples of it. I love Seinfeld and the like but laugh tracks really do get old.
Its a mockumentary, not 90s comedytelevision...
That's why even I like shows like these every moment to laugh is different and I'm all for it.
