People like to throw around this word ‘deserve’ a lot.
To be fair, Kelly has never done anything bad to Pam (smack talk of Jim vs Daryl isn't a big deal), so why not? Besides, we're talking about a person being in a toxic abusing relationship, anybody needs help out of that. As @PAWiley mentioned - people nowadays are too judgemental, not everything needs to be seen in a lens of what's "deserved" and what's not; somethings are need to be done because they're just the right thing to do.

Every character brings a little spice, to make a tame dish. But each character is so special if you analyze them.
Pam is one of the best ever tv characters as per me. She has all good characters of a good friend, girlfriend, wife, colleague, mother what not. No single bad thing abt her.
How is it that, after having first watched the Office a decade ago, and watched the whole thing multiple times since, to this day I'm seeing new content that makes it like a new show? Just crazy how deliberate they have been about releasing content online.
