What an amazing woman and beautiful soul she is. I actually met her at a small house party in Streatham once, probably around 2009 or 10. She was with one of the Ragga Twins and a few others and we were spitting bars on the kitchen counter haha. I would have never known that she was carrying so much, but do we ever know the road that someone has travelled or the burdens that they've been carrying without talking about it? I don't think there has ever been a story quite like the jungle one. Its amazing how so many people living in the same few estates in London came together and made a success of there lives through the music. Please Keep doing these podcasts they get better and better every time 👊

The dances in the early 2000s were very violent! It was a symptom of society, poverty and crime, NOT the music. It wasn't just in Grime and Garage but also in the Drum & Bass. Tough times they were.
