yep that's how we spell fibre in the UK 🇬🇧
Multivitamin tablets are probably one of the most common supplements out there - but do they really work? And should you be taking them? Richie explains all 👉 ruclips.net/video/SecPzas5T4o/видео.html

Glad you mentioned the benefits of fiber for the microbiome. There isn’t enough beneficial bacteria in most probiotic foods you see in the grocery store. Instead of chugging kombucha everyday, you’d benefit far more by incorporating *prebiotics* (e.g., fiber) into your diet to make your existing gut flora flourish.

He talks about not including refined carbs, but I notice a suspicious lack of information about how animal products inherently disregulate hormone regulation and the gut microbiome...
      Hmmmmmmmmmm..
My only contention with modern nutrition is it's telling refusal to denounce animal products as health foods, and label them the hyperpalatable drugs they are. This is an obvious industrial scheme to continue to kill animals and feed them to people who suffer habitual saturated fat addiction from eating them (among other things).
The whole thing is an abomination... And sharing information that a 2nd grader could Google in 2 minutes isn't really addressing anything.. just more digital clutter to be honest.

Is it a good idea to add Inulin to a protein shake or does this slow down the absorption of essential amino acids too much.

How much of the fiber recommendation is insoluble vs soluble?

    • @rkirwan1
      @rkirwan1 2 года назад +1

There are no guidelines with a breakdown by fibre type so aiming for a good mix of foods (by having a wide variety of whole plant foods) is the best option to make sure you're getting a mix of both

You could talk about fibers role in reducing social anxiety by promoting an anti inflammatory macrophage profile, and helping with hormone signalling.. all of which you covered (👍)..
You also need to talk about fermenting plant based fibers (cultured foods) outside of your body..
You could also clarify that the adjustment period is caused by a shift in microbiome profiles...
It's basically a sign of withdrawals from a bad diet, and is misconstrued to be the fault of fiber...
Studies show that even as bodies going through microbiome withdrawal are still responding positively to the metabolites and properties associated with fermented foods.. coupled with the reduced strain placed on the immune system from digestion..
You could also talk about how animal products disregulate hormone function since you are going to talk about fibers roll in hormone creation, signaling, and recycling..
People don't eat fiber because society has told them that meat and animal products are good for them and that protein is important..
You have to expose the lies if you want to reinforce the truth.

@@Rysix19 amino acids, polymers, monomers ..
Are you aware that you suggesting that I said "protein is not important" misrepresents what I said, serving as a strawman argument..
This also supports the narrative that plant and fungi or cultured forms of protein are somehow insufficient, which does not follow for a molecular biology stand point..
There is more than plenty plant amino acids and other metabolic agents, plus vitamins and minerals in plants..
In fact- sustainable diets call for switching plant based foods high in protein with lower protein counterparts..
Don't forget, any protein over what you need is just a burden on the body..
You also cannot ignore the fact that culturing foods- like fermented oatmeal for instance, increasing protein quality.. eating cultured foods supports microbial diversity in, and on, the bodies microbiomes which increases the bodies ability to recycle, communicate and utilize molecular building blocks...
If you don't know what you are talking about, then refrain from dishonest and unfound insults.. it makes you look a bit childish or bitter
