Austin Jackson extended a few months backs. I think Miami goes DT like Newton. Fyi, the Lions desperately need a CB. They lost their starting CB to the po po. Not bad first round mock.
@@cr7fc77 Ya it's possible, but who is worth trading up for at 12? The 3 big WRs will be gone by 9 or 10. Anyone moving from 20s to 12 will cost too much. So trade back is possible, but I don't think the Broncos will find a suitor.
@@cr7fc77 Possibly, but u think Cincy get WR since they lost Tyler Boyd and about to lose Tee Higgins? They did sign Mike Gesicki. I think they grab WR before Bowers, but anything is possible. Plus, a lot of people saying Bowers to Jets at 10 which makes a lot of sense. Maybe if Odunze is available at 10 they will not take Bowers. But to get Odunze at 10, Giants need to pass on Nabers at 6 and grab Penix at 6. That's a lot to maybes lol. But anything can happen.
It's more so about value if a good one falls, LB would be a good pick here too. But they had a ton of injuries all year to the o-line, Tytus Howard (who moved inside to G), Kenyon Green, Jarrett Patterson, all missed a lot of time, and when there's a flexible o-line prospect, it would be smart to take them. Just because you have 1 star T doesn't mean the other side is also fixed. Also, PFFs assignment of the position is not always correct. Graham Barton says T but he will be a G/C in the NFL, so that is not always correct.
Come on, Stone Hard, a BYU tackle for the Houston Texans at #42. Kingsley Suamatala was not even ranked among the top three tackles in the Big XII in 2023. If you are going to snag an offensive lineman, at least choose one of the best linemen in the draft. Not Kingsley Suamatala. This a HUGE reach at #42. Why grab a developmental player at 42??? THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE! He is the best one on the board??? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 If you look on the list - WR, DI, LB an CB....Offensive line in not on the wish list. FYI, the Texans need a defensive back, a cornerback, a safety, a running back, and a tight end, before they start working on offensive line depth. Max Melton at 59. We need another corner, but when do you presume to address defensive tackle, linebacker and safety? Along with a running back and a tight end.
Sorry you didn't like the pick, Kingsley is more of a developmental T with great attributes, which happens a lot and he will most likely go in round 2 because the draft is a lot about identifying traits. There are for sure a lot of positions they could go to, but obviously I can only take 1. Just looking at their potential needs, a backup TE when you just resigned Dalton and a HB when you just got Mixon & have Pierce is not realistic. Oline depth is a very crucial part of winning football teams, and when the only other T on the opposite side of Laremy Tunsil is Tytus Howard who mostly played guard and only played 5 games...that doesn't look great CB and DL are the other two positions they could also go, they also however signed 3 DL in free agency and 2 CBs. They could still take them in the second round, but I'm not sure it warrants that reaction especially with your reasoning just being that you don't know who the player is or that online is very important lol.
Anything can happen, especially for a team that wants to win right now and fill a current hole, with them having Joe Noteboom and Rob Havenstein already there and having spent a lot on the interior in free agency.
It's a predictive mock draft based on coaching and draft history. Similarly, if I had them taking JJ at pick 3 or trading down, I would disagree, but it is a rumored possibility; or if someone had them taking a third-round guard in Cole Strange in the first round a few years ago. It would've been predictive, not everyone would've agreed, but it happened.

@@brianhammond2832 and that could totally happen, but I can only make 1 pick there, and with a late first-round caliber player available at a defensive position with a new defensive coach that doesn't have any defensive linemen extended into next year in a deep T class, it's definitely possible. Yeah my bad I mixed him up with a different player. Yep I see CB as priority 1 in round 1, so I went kool-aid.
Newton has a foot injury. I'm not touching this guy.
I think Saints taking Olu at 14 over Fuaga if both are available. Fuaga is a RT and Olu is a LT.
Yeah just depends on their internal board
Bowers or Olu to Jets. Not Fuaga. Tyron always hurt.
Fuaga is rated at T 2 by a lot, but ya never know any team could just have him lower on their board
Fyi, Broncos don't have a 2nd round pick. So Nix at 12 is a done deal.
