Guys can you make a break down video on vloggers. Like Emma Chamberlain, Casey neistat, etc. What makes them stand out from the rest? What can small vlogger can learn from them to grow there channel? Etc. They are lot of breakdown video on other RUclipsr? But, not many on relationship based creator? Can you make a video on them? It would be a big help.

So we are using zoom for our livecast/podcast and looking for a better viewer experience.. I would love to see higher quality video I currently use a canon 80D which does not have clean HDMI and egato capture card but I'm look into upgrading my camera set up (all ears for recommendations) for audio the I have rode Podcaster, Shure SM7B with cloud lifter.. On my end to audio sounds great but if i watch the podcast on youtube the sound is low

Something I don’t see mentioned often and would possibly save money and yield a really nice video image is using the Filmic Pro app’s clean HDMI out in conjunction with a video capture card. This would give you the best video quality that your phone can offer while giving you lots of customizable settings for your video, similar to a mirrorless or DSLR. I’d guess these accessories (capture card, HDMI cable, and app) would run you no more than $100. Another solid possibility 🤷🏻♂️
Love this channel! Couldn’t get the Epoc cam to work on my Mac, but Camo is a great alternative. I just love the quality my iPhone 8 gives when I’m coaching or training. I’m tempted to upgrade my phone and keep my iPhone as a camera.
Always bringing tons of value my man. I've been using my iPhone but was just exploring other options because I just upgraded to a 32 inch BenQ after just having my 16 inch MacBook pro for a couple of years. What a game changer!!!! Now to figure out the camera because there's no way I can put one on top of or over monitor 🤣 I think I'm going to do what you did here in this vid and have a small table that I do calls from with MacBook and my Cannon EOS R. Been eyeing that ZV-E1 too though. Maybe the E10 would be a good compromise. Thanks for the great content as always!

Here is a question for you. I run a live model railway live show and use the following: MacBook Pro with a hub, a Logitec Brio and an iPhone 11.
I just bought a Logitec 920 and I sometimes try to use a couple of older iPhones.
The iPhones are connected through Streamyard via wifi.
I am not sure but don’t think I have enough ports on my hub and think my cables are not long enough
The iPhones sometimes drop off maybe because I use wifi.
I also have a gopro but haven’t tried to hook it up
Would appreciate any feedback you can offer.
Nice! Thank you so much for making me aware of the Elgato app, so I can use my iPhone 14 as my webcam. I am using a 2011 Apple Cinema Display monitor, which is pretty fantastic, but the webcam has long since not worked. I just saved a decent amount of money by not having to buy a dedicated webcam - at least while I'm starting out.
If you use an apple computer you can also connect your iPhone without any app. I think that feature was added in ios16. You’ll be able to use all the cameras and you can also use the portrait mode.
I just spent a stupid amount of time trying to get my phone to work as a webcam with OBS screen capture. It was a nightmare. I'm definitely going to check out StreamYard.

What camera would you recommend for a 3 person remote video podcast?
I wanted the Sony E-10 or Sony zv-1, I waited and waited for 6 months. I finally gave up and bought a Panasonic G-85. The Panasonic is nice, interchangeable lens, 4k ect. But I feel I would've been happier with the Sony E-10. But for the price the Panasonic is awesome
Droid Cam works really well.
for a phone app i would recommend urium webcam, it gives you a clean display for free and I think the elgato webcam is better than the logitech one, otherwise great vid

The logitec mevo cams work real well too for this and are wireless only con is no 4k but i guess for streaming thats fine
When ever I am on this channel I don't want to leave this channel because there a lot that l learn each and every video that its being uploaded on this channel.
What if your camera shuts off after 20 min of use? Even though the autoshutoff is turned to disabled. I read on about this and its the sensor shutting down for heat.... is there any camera that is out there that doesnt have this issue? I stream for 2-5hrs at a time and dont want to have to turn the video back on every XX minutes
Love the video. Very helpful. One critique.... Every video from web cam to phone to your Sony I noticed a refresh rate issue. Seemed like the FPS was off where motion blur was happening. Is that RUclips compressing the video or is that that would happen in a live stream as well? Thanks for any info.

What's the highest resolution you can livestream with streamyard without stalling?
I have used my iPhone with EpocCam (paid version) for 2 years. Very satisfied. Inexpensive, easy, good video quality. Now searching for a good webcam, as it will stay in place and there will be an ability to call and use iPhone during a session.
I am using a sony zv e10 as a webcam with the usb cable and unfortunately I am seeing that the output gets out of sync even when processed by an m2 mac mini that i have. I will probably end up getting a video card to see if that fixes things, but it looks like the usb cable is not that reliable. Anyone noticing a similar thing ? If so, did a video card fix it for you?

I have used a variety... The C920, a MEVO, a GoPro, a Canon DSLR and then iPhone. Of these the iPhone ANNIHILATED the others.... but because it's your phone, you are constantly taking it down and putting it up. The Canon DSLR was terrible, as it doesn't actually connect as a webcam. The GoPro was OK, but the lens was too wide for my space. The Mevo did well, but had a a lot of 'can't connect' issues. The C920 was easiest to use, but lowest quality image (still pretty good though). I am thinking of getting a Sony FX30.
Canon M200 has clean HDMI and works great! Very nice option without breaking the bank.
What would be the best camera/set up/solution for live training, where I have an actual "videographer" filming live action? I suppose my query is, must my Iphone/Android as a webcam be plugged into my computer? Thank you.

Hey @ThinkMediaTV can you help me with camera selection. I want to start live streaming with a group of 4-6 people means everybody is sitting together physically. Keep that in mind that my live stream can be of 15-18 hours.
The ZV-E10 is nowhere to be found in 2022, you know it's discontinued right? As are a lot of Sony models. Can you do something updated so we can see youtube/twitch camera options that are available today?

zv-e10 is super annoying that it doesnt save your settings and each time you turn it on you need to set it up for usb streaming again. And if you want to run your mic through your pc you will get a delay between video and sound.
Obs camera is a good app also to use with iphone

Omar the ZV-E10 is no where to be found. All out of stock or on back order . 🥺🥺. I guess M50 MKII is the other option but with what type of lense ?
I‘d suggest a fast prime lens. Canon‘s own offering is limited here (22mm f/2 or 35mm f/1.4), but there‘s also Sigma (16mm, 30mm or 56mm, all f/1.4) and Viltrox (23mm, 33mm or 56mm, again all f/1.4). There are a few other companies out there which I have never used.
If, however, you wish to stick to a compact Sony camera, the ZV-1 might also be an option. It has a fixed zoom lens and the motorized zoom makes it hard to dial in a particular viewing angle, but otherwise it‘s a great camera as well.

Epoccam is so laggy and delayed. I got rid of it and went with the Elgato facecam, it was not viable to use my iPhone 12.

So I’d love to use my DSLR camera as a WebCam for live streams, but mine shuts off automatically after just under 30 minutes. Is there a workaround for this?
My Canon camera does this too :(
You'll have to download the Canon Webcam Utility for either Windows or MAC.
Then, you'll need to directly connect the camera via USB to your PC/laptop.
The Canon Webcam Utility recognizes that you are going to use it for live streaming so shuts off the 30-minute shut off function.
So far, this is the only workaround that I've found and it's worked like wonders!
