- Thai red chicken curry is so easy to make and it's also one of the most ordered curries and Thai restaurants. Give this one a try! You'll be glad you did.
I use my own homemade Thai red curry paste. If using a shop bought curry paste, you will probably need to adjust the amount you use as they are often a lot spicier and have more salt in them too.

Another great curry Dan, if i don't want to use fish sauce what would you suggest i replace it with?

Happy New Year and thank you. It depends on why you don't want to use the fish sauce. If it is because you don't like the flavour, just leave it out. If you want to make this into a vegetarian curry, you could use a vegetarian fish sauce which you can purchase online. Or, you could stir in a little Japanese miso paste to taste. Hope this helps.

@@acabbie Just leave it out then. Fish sauce offers a fishy and also salty flavour. You might need to add more salt to taste. :-)
Palm sugar would be authentic. Yes it is better to make your own paste, but if you live near a Thai food store, the imported pastes work well enough. Go careful with the fish sauce if you do. But great video, - great books.
