Could you tell us more about your OBD diagnostic tool please ? It'd be nice to know which model actually reads those cheeky codes on a mk2.

My truck was behaving the same way, once the scan tool was used the fuel pump came up as the result.

MAF sensor.

My vivaro starts and runs for 2 seconds then stops no air in the system primer bulb good found that the problem was a dead fuel tank pump motor.
