Too much oil in your cooking intake is not healthy. Oil is fat too much of it could block your blood arteries and your heartbeat and kidneys, lungs problems and giving you unwell unfit health problems. Add very little oil or add no oil at all in your cooking. Good question ❓ please tell your children, family and friends this fact about oil. Thank you.
