I've been searching on RUclips for good recipes but almost everyone was eager to show off their many spices. Thank you for bringing perfect food without lots of complications.
I always use wheat flour and my fish stew is yaammmiii. I'm in love with your cleanness. Thank you my sister. The fact that I have to subscribe to this channel for more videos about kitchen and all its stuffs.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 been here for almost an hour I can’t stop laughing and learning ofcourse …. But anyway thank you Ma, your videos are it👍👍 am not seeing any ads though
Wow. I did it with all the ingredients and came out so fine. I love it. Hey, I always cook my food with the seeds of green paper, does it have some impact in the body?
They’re rich in fibre which is really good for gut health making them safe to consume however some peppers can be really spicy and the seeds have the highest concentration of capsaicin which can make food very very hot. But all in all they’re okay to eat no harm
You should have let the sauce cook for a while to almost attain consistency before adding the fish to avoid the corn starch. You do not need corn starch for the soup to get thicker.
Unless you want to spend a forever and 3 cans of gas later, bse somehow it takes up less steam to cook hard things like potatoes compared to the greens(this is in regard to my own colander and experience) it will cook but after a very long time
Hi ..thanks for the dish ...we normally thicken our stews with coconut milk..i know Uganda stews are mild..could u share with us ,how to make G.nut sauce.thanks
If you buy your fish from a place that only sells fish, they will happily clean, scale, slice or fillet any fish for you. Then when you get home you just have to wash with water and salt.

You’re right,and thank you
😊
The vitamins will be lost due to over-cooking. Ugandan dishes are nirmally very healthy.
Well said@@Kiriza22
@@Kiriza22 how about reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15minutes?

I’ve found that the white onion makes my sauce much better. It doesn’t disappear in soup.
And a good sweet test too.
Yummy
Thank you
If i don't have corn starch can i use flour (all purpose)? And i didn't get how u got that stock to add in ? I do love ugandan food
@@alinerubamba2340 yes you can use flour

When did Africains add sugar to their soup or sauce?
When they allowed the French to teach them how to cook 👩🍳
It's exactly how i cook fresh fish but mine i first sprinkle in some salt before cooking
