How to Make Delicious Fish Stew

INGREDIENTS
Any fish of choice
For the pepper mix :
Tomatoes
Red bell peppers
Habanero peppers
Onion
Ginger
Garlic .
Tomato paste
Onions to fry the stew
Bay leaf
Thyme
Curry powder
Nutmeg powder
Black pepper
Fish seasoning or shrimp seasoning
Oil
Salt to taste
* I used the fish stock from my previous fish roll recipe, you can use water.
