Great stuff Mwikali, keep it up! Looks delicious!
Some people prefer to cook the matooke separately, to about 3/4 before adding the fried beef. This prevents hardening of the matooke, which may happen when salt is introduced early. Otherwise, either method works

You are beautiful and a good cook, the meal looks delicious.Just a little tip,it is better to do the prep.chopped onion, carrot and others off camera, we dont need to learn how to slice carrot and onion.😅Show us the already sliced,prep..You will look more professional and save time on screen as well.Thank you.

Can you use a different vocabulary instead of everything my, my, my meat, my onion, my pot. That is too personalising unnecessary.
