Pavel, Your amazing Dude, your the first one to complete my ab challenge. I thought I might of had you on that Pike Press, but you made it happen. much respect to you. Beamer my pet sloth wanted to tell you he was super impressed too. lol keep up the amazing work!
You inspire people to go out and do something with urself and your jsut such a humbel person.Great videos have been following you since i started training :)
Hey I'd just like to say that you have motivated me to get fit and strong even though I cannot run because I've dislocated me hip and had surgery twice to get it back to the right position, I just wanted to thank you for the motivation
Greetings from Italy, man! Thanks for all the tutorials, you're really helping a lot. Most clear explanation of how to train all the main muscles without lifting weights. Thanks to you I discovered how useful really is a pullup bar :D Keep the vids coming!
correction, the core is not just the midsection but involves the whole upper body, especially the centre including the spinal column and the neck and head
Pavel, I showed one of your videos to the guys at the gym that do leg raises and have attempted to do muscle-ups and they said, 'Wow, that guy is awesome'. None can do it like you, neither can I, I weigh too much, lol. Good job on the challenge!
This is insane! Good job! You should do more of these or even create your own challenges for people at different levels of fitness so they are able to see how fit they are in comparison to others. Great vid though!
Awsome as ever. Like the way you refused to give up with level 5/6 until you were happy with the result. Its exactly that mentality that allows you (or anyone) do that one last set, run that one extra mile or finally manage to walk on your hands.... Not quite there yet, but I'll drop a line when I am. ;-) Thx Paul
thats awesome my back hurts from leg raise and it just gave out, I lifted heavy huge pieces of wood 3 days before without any massage bed because my back was sunburnt, so trying every day to stretch the very tight back icing it so I can get back on track to getting in shape. I can only do a few things right now and my abs are way too weak right now. Thanks
I like your reasons for working out shirtless. I do it and get a lot of flack but I feel like I can visualize my body changing and I see what I want to work on. It motivates me. Don't let people make you change. Be who you are and never let negative comments influence you.
awesome strength. but i always raise an eybrow at these so called "hardest challenges in the world". well i have a new "hardest challenge in the world" do their one times 2. there LOL.
in a couple of years, when i get my front lever, planche, one arm pullups, and all the strength skills i want i will attemp this challenge along with the barbarians but i think ill be ready for the barbarians by the end of this year. great job paul u are the an awesome athlete and i hope ill be as good as you one day
Dude, you should become one of the most popular people on earth. You have like all the answers, not just thru physical exercise, but also the way of life and The Lord and Savior. God bless you bro.
I'll throw in an answer and say, I think it depends on what you're goals are. Run if you want to get better at running, do workouts like he's doing to get better at doing the types of movements he's doing. Generally, the average person should probably do a little of everything since the average person isn't trying to improve in any specific skill, but again, it depends on what your priorities are.
Solid workout. Altough i can't really perform the exercises on the dip bar, yet. Since they involve handstands etc, was never able to do them. But we can always try :D
That jacknife is not just a core exercise. I do it once in a while (and I go crazy with it, 10 sets for total 30+ reps) and I got hell sore in random unexpected places (calves, neck, chest). So if someone want to get damn strong, do them.
Nice man! I have an ab wheel and I think I could do most of those exercises except the lever...and the one where you press into a handstand from the parallel bars.
Hello Paul, I want to ask you, if you could make some workout routine for total beginners as me. I know, you are on the high level now, but I am asking you to do one. I am not able to do more than 4 pull ups and it is a little irritating for me. I am trying to work as hard as I can, but I can not see any differences. So, if you would, I will appreciate it so much. I really like your videos and this will help me. Thanks for all you do for us. I admire you.
I do all my own workouts @ home as well. As a kid I was beaten by someone who was supposed to care for me. If you've ever read a book titled "A child called it" my story was very similar. I think there are a lot of us out here who've gone through something similar and your raw approach to getting fit is very relevant to my (perhaps our) fast, hard, and driven take on life. Thanks. Get fit, Stay fit. Stay driven.
I have a few questions that I'm hoping you could answer xD: 1) Do you only do body weight exercises, or do you use weights as well? 2)Would you be so kind as to list your meals (what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner)? 3)Do you use supplements (protein shakes) 4)And lastly, I'm 17 and workout 6 out of 7 days a week for at least an hour of Intense-High intensity with weights, but I don't think I'm getting enough protein in my system, would you recommend supplements?
He does have a leg workout video and this guy can do Bullet squats like nothing with perfect form going Ass to grass each squat I wouldn't insult him on leg strength
How is this "the hardest abs challenge" in the world? Maybe I missed something. Anyway the wheel looks awesome. I've not tried that yet but will look for one today. Thanks.
He eats russian food..what ever his mom makes....he answers all does questions in a video he has called "question & answers" Q&A ....is the longest video he has in his channel
Tests show it lowers testosterone levels on a 3-month experiment they've done. But it is quite small to stunt any specific growth, but it does have an effect after all...
A more natural look, than weights. Thanks.
You need no excuse for being shirtfree.
Pavel,
Your amazing Dude, your the first one to complete my ab challenge. I thought I might of had you on that Pike Press, but you made it happen. much respect to you. Beamer my pet sloth wanted to tell you he was super impressed too. lol keep up the amazing work!

Where are you in this video because where I'm from we don't have bars like that everywhere
Neither do I.
Your really inspiring
Yes, I have elbow tendonitis right now, thank you for the reminders. I will put them up in the future :)
You inspire people to go out and do something with urself and your jsut such a humbel person.Great videos have been following you since i started training :)
Thanks Bryan! :) You're a boss with the animals. Keeping a hyena as a pet is extreme, and bonding with it in a trustworthy manner is phenomenal!
Still recovering
Hey I'd just like to say that you have motivated me to get fit and strong even though I cannot run because I've dislocated me hip and had surgery twice to get it back to the right position, I just wanted to thank you for the motivation
Definitely more impressive than the original link you have above. First 3 levels done consecutively rather than taking breaks. Props man.
Thanks for the challenge and the wheel, Richard! :)
I agree with you Mike. I appreciate Paul's attitude.
Greetings from Italy, man!
Thanks for all the tutorials, you're really helping a lot. Most clear explanation of how to train all the main muscles without lifting weights. Thanks to you I discovered how useful really is a pullup bar :D
Keep the vids coming!
You're a big motivation. All the best to you, TheF0rtress, keep it going!
correction, the core is not just the midsection but involves the whole upper body, especially the centre including the spinal column and the neck and head
awesome Paul. You're a beast! you're always upping your game with intensity levels.
Pavel, I showed one of your videos to the guys at the gym that do leg raises and have attempted to do muscle-ups and they said, 'Wow, that guy is awesome'. None can do it like you, neither can I, I weigh too much, lol. Good job on the challenge!
for how long you'v been working out..?.i'm watching your videos and i must say that i'm pretty impressed,,,,
This is insane! Good job! You should do more of these or even create your own challenges for people at different levels of fitness so they are able to see how fit they are in comparison to others. Great vid though!
I open your videos just to watch you getting better every time :)
Excellent video, brother. Hard work pays off!
Yes, it's curable.
Awsome as ever. Like the way you refused to give up with level 5/6 until you were happy with the result. Thx Paul
You are so humble it's amazing. You're just doing it like it's no big deal
Motivation just gets you started. It is useless if theres no commitment and discipline. SO keep going and focus! ;)

Yup :)

I did the leg raises, levers and round the worlds, but I need to strengthen my triceps for handstand presses. Cool challenge!
Always challenging someone while showing off your gift/talent LOL. Stay true and stay humble brother.
awesome strength. but i always raise an eybrow at these so called "hardest challenges in the world". well i have a new "hardest challenge in the world" do their one times 2. there LOL.

in a couple of years, when i get my front lever, planche, one arm pullups, and all the strength skills i want i will attemp this challenge along with the barbarians but i think ill be ready for the barbarians by the end of this year. great job paul u are the an awesome athlete and i hope ill be as good as you one day

Dude, you should become one of the most popular people on earth. You have like all the answers, not just thru physical exercise, but also the way of life and The Lord and Savior. God bless you bro.
Perfect form on the ab-wheel rollout :')

Do you take any supplements? and what's your diet like?
Следующее видео будет там! Обещяю! :)
I think Pavel Rudometkin vs Corey Hall would be an epic video!
If you cannot afford a gym membership, or even if you can, follow this young athlete. His quality physique is developed by body weight exercises.
Paul at the end you said great job guys and you did all the work .. No worries Paul Glad I helped :)
Man I admire you so much!

thanks for not being cocky
Solid workout. Altough i can't really perform the exercises on the dip bar, yet. Since they involve handstands etc, was never able to do them. But we can always try :D
You should show off !!! i don't see why not !!! your a beast !!!

He is so great!
Now with the summer what better way to not win blisters? Gloves?
Pull ups on hot bars is much more difficult for me.
Nice man! I have an ab wheel and I think I could do most of those exercises except the lever...and the one where you press into a handstand from the parallel bars.

Awesome, can you do a vid about the stuff you eat?
Did you really get that body from body weight only exercises? I'd really like to know! If so, you are truly an inspiration.
Спасибо :)
How is this "the hardest abs challenge" in the world? Maybe I missed something. Anyway the wheel looks awesome. I've not tried that yet but will look for one today. Thanks.
Try weighted chin-ups, if you can, bodyweight should be fine too, but the extra weight really focuses the traps well
hello ppavel!! when did you film this? btw what are you studying in university? thank you for sharing your work!
You are awesome !
Those are very good but very acrobatic execises man, did you ever practiced some acrobatic discipline?
He eats russian food..what ever his mom makes....he answers all does questions in a video he has called "question & answers" Q&A ....is the longest video he has in his channel
Your fine dude, I'm 15, 5'11 and at my school we just started to lift. Make sure you use proper technique or you might build your body wrong.
oh lord! u don't even break a sweat!
Tests show it lowers testosterone levels on a 3-month experiment they've done. But it is quite small to stunt any specific growth, but it does have an effect after all...
