Awsome as ever. Like the way you refused to give up with level 5/6 until you were happy with the result. Its exactly that mentality that allows you (or anyone) do that one last set, run that one extra mile or finally manage to walk on your hands.... Not quite there yet, but I'll drop a line when I am. ;-)
    Thx Paul

thats awesome my back hurts from leg raise and it just gave out, I lifted heavy huge pieces of wood 3 days before without any massage bed because my back was sunburnt, so trying every day to stretch the very tight back icing it so I can get back on track to getting in shape. I can only do a few things right now and my abs are way too weak right now. Thanks

I'll throw in an answer and say, I think it depends on what you're goals are. Run if you want to get better at running, do workouts like he's doing to get better at doing the types of movements he's doing. Generally, the average person should probably do a little of everything since the average person isn't trying to improve in any specific skill, but again, it depends on what your priorities are.

That jacknife is not just a core exercise. I do it once in a while (and I go crazy with it, 10 sets for total 30+ reps) and I got hell sore in random unexpected places (calves, neck, chest). So if someone want to get damn strong, do them.

Hello Paul, I want to ask you, if you could make some workout routine for total beginners as me. I know, you are on the high level now, but I am asking you to do one. I am not able to do more than 4 pull ups and it is a little irritating for me. I am trying to work as hard as I can, but I can not see any differences. So, if you would, I will appreciate it so much. I really like your videos and this will help me. Thanks for all you do for us. I admire you.

I do all my own workouts @ home as well. As a kid I was beaten by someone who was supposed to care for me. If you've ever read a book titled "A child called it" my story was very similar. I think there are a lot of us out here who've gone through something similar and your raw approach to getting fit is very relevant to my (perhaps our) fast, hard, and driven take on life. Thanks. Get fit, Stay fit. Stay driven.

I have a few questions that I'm hoping you could answer xD:
    1) Do you only do body weight exercises, or do you use weights as well?
2)Would you be so kind as to list your meals (what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner)?
3)Do you use supplements (protein shakes)
4)And lastly, I'm 17 and workout 6 out of 7 days a week for at least an hour of Intense-High intensity with weights, but I don't think I'm getting enough protein in my system, would you recommend supplements?

Tests show it lowers testosterone levels on a 3-month experiment they've done. But it is quite small to stunt any specific growth, but it does have an effect after all...
