Hi, Thanks for the tutorials. They have been helpful to me. I would like to use Affinity Photo as my default editor. How do I connect Affinity Photo as a plugin? I followed your instruction in this video but my preferred editor is not shown. Thanks again🙂
Oh, I got it. Simply right-click on the thumbnail and choose 'Open With' and Affinity Photo will show up. Problem now is that the Afphoto files that I had previously created with Affinity Photo is not showing up in DigiKam Preview. Is there a way for Digikam to read Afphoto files? I think it is probably possible if I convert the AFphoto files into TIFF or JPG. But I'll rather have Afphoto files since it is a lot of work converting the files one at a time. Thank you.
@@sootandchalk Thanks for watching, and I'm glad you got the Open With... part figured out. I'm not sure about dK reading native AP files, but you might go over to discuss.pixls.us and ask over there. They are a helpful bunch and are more knowledgeable than I am about this stuff.
