Thanks for making the video. The first place was beautiful. Does the HOA on it actually cover all the services you mentioned like spa, wine locker, parking valet, concierge, shopper, etc? Do they have office space there for remote work? Never been to Tivoli Village before. I’ll have to check it out next time I’m out there.
They have a business center, which you could use as an office for remote work, or the library. Let me know if you want a tour of the place next time your in town so you can see for yourself.
good info, but the jerky video editing makes it almost unwatchable, note to editor.. just leave the video alone unless there is a mistake.. we're ok with the occasional "umm .. uhh.." whatever, that jerky stuff is fine for the kids.. but kids ain't buying a luxury condo!

To be honest I don't think you would be able to stand the original with all my mistakes, for somereason talking into the camera makes me stustustuder and I tend to get amnesia about everything. So there are a lot of mistakes, but I will do my best on future videos to flow better so editorial doesn't have to cut all the time.
