The parking situation alone is a deal killer. For 4 mil I expect far more room in the unit itself.
I completely agree the vacant parking lot views are spectacular.
What on earth possessed them to put those Black & White awful Tiles on the wall with 3 round Mirrors 😂😂😂 Hilarious 🤣
Agree. My first thought was that would need a do-over
Lovely unit. Thank you Lauren for showing it to us. The deal killer for me is the "valet only" "you don't have your own assigned space." For nearly $4 million, I would not allow a team of valets to touch my vehicles let alone drive it to a space they decide. This is not appropriate for most of my vehicles. Living on the strip is not worth the car parking glitch. Show me houses with a view of the strip and 6-car garages (or more) at the $4 million range and that would be superior. Good luck with the sale of this lovely unit Lauren. Folks who live there need to purchase "throw away" cars.
Hi, thanks for watching and your comment. I mention valet only because many people feel the same way you do about their cars. The Martin is a really nice option for living close to the strip. 6 car garage homes do exist - mostly custom homes . Great idea for a video, so I’ll see what I can do😃!
All facts!
You could park at Aria maybe and walk in but that sucks .....yes the want to be "cool guy" not parking my shit ever...sorry
Key word: double sized bed. 😢
wow what a missed opportunity in that 2nd bedroom for closet space. the wall with the 2 big paintings could have been where the room's built in shelving went, removing the built ins next to the bed. that area could then be turned into a floor to ceiling closet with a pocket door that slide behind the wall where the bed is. Or, install a cabinet system similar to the wooden ones that were in the bathroom
I absolutely love it!
Beautiful eye watering design with curves in all the right places.
The Penthouse is also nice!
This Unit is beautiful ❤ and you are equally nice 🎉 love your outfit 😊
Beautiful penthouse in a central location. Be great to have the money to buy!
You know I just subscribed!! What if people don’t want all those blinds shut? With that automatic shut system thing lol looks like they all go. I don’t like that. If I’m watching tv and have tv against window I want the next window blind opened at night. I love penthouses. Someday I would love to have one seasonal. Live in Florida all year and own a penthouse in Vegas only for summers and new years holidays. Vegas needs to think about building the Porsche Design Tower high rise found in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida with the car elevator that brings your car to your unit. I love that. I promise someday in my 50’s I will own a high rise penthouse hopefully in Vegas though. 🥰 I’m 44 now dreams and goals and hard work.
Thanks for the sub! You can individually control the shades so just one panel goes down at a time . Where in FL are you? We’re also licensed there and have a place in St. Augustine Beach! I def prefer Vegas dry summers over FL humid ones w bugs, lol.
Awesome penthouse. I could see myself living there (one day perhaps?) Thanks for the great tour. 😎
Gorgeous 👏
amazing!
It's unfortunate they don't have their own parking spot. I'm sure if you live there you are pretty much guaranteed a spot and valet won't turn you away but probably a problem for your visitors. Also, leaving during rush hour is probably a pain with the valet guys get busy.
Don"t forget spilling the Starbucks on your $1000 shirt ...
about the valet here there is only like 300 parking spots and over 670 units and those spots are first come first serve so no your not always gonna be able to valet
Those bathtubs are so nice you can just relax in one all day.
Beautiful for sure and great location 😎
Thanks for the tour! Very cool to see! At this price point I'm shocked at how small it is, even for the location. A pretty stark contrast to the amount of house and land you can get within a 15 minute radius. I hope you get the sale!
Thanks for watching!
Seems very expensive!
Very nice
Wow 🤩 Location location location- nicely upgraded and a killer streamlined kitchen I can see myself cooking w/ upscale appliances that us Chefs look for ; and the view - superb! Thank you for sharing- cheers ! Chef Bari
What if you want to get to a grocery store? 😂 With the walk in closet and that drop zone, there is no issue with storage, here. The lighting is well done. This place in magnificent, a designer masterpiece. Valet only parking for my red 1973 Gran Am, 455 V8, Hurst shifter, no one is touching my baby.
Hi, thanks for watching! There’s a Whole Foods about 4-5 miles south on LV Blvd. and I totally understand about your car!
I really enjoyed the video
Thanks for watching!
very nice 👍👍👍👍
Thanks for watching!
I'm waiting for you to tour the Waldorf!
I’m working on getting access!!
F1 views...
I agree with the commenters about valet only... but honestly, for me the deal killer is that damn film on the windows. You are buying the view as much as anything... without a sepia filter.
Thanks for watching, and lol about sepia filter. I can understand that.
Love this I'm in australia but would love to live in Vegas 3 months of the year to play my blackjack
That figure tho 👀🔥👀
My dream residence ❤
Beautiful unit and a beautiful lady!
The rooftop pool and the gym reminds me of a prison I don’t know why
As for the TV situation, there is a small, but growing number TVs that unfold "UP" from a box on the floor. 2 formats. One is OLED and it "unrolls" up. The other has a projection screen. Short throw laser projection is mounted at the base. Those would be perfect. Would I be safe in assuming these units could used as a short term vacation rental? Assuming I would not live there year round. If so, is that handled via VARDA. Income generation opportunity? Which would make the valet parking make sense
I think the penthouse is totally cool actually
Same, Thanks for watching!
You welcome show some bigger houses in the future videos
Swimming poool is actually on the roof 🔝 top!!!!! 🧜🏻♀️
Correct!! This is the top floor of residences. Thanks for watching!
I have to ask~ are you related to Mark/Adam Stark? Thank you & I LOVED this vid !
Hi, no relation although I get that question a lot😃, and thanks so much for the kind words🙌🏼
Nice, but if they would have added (The Universal Backwash &Massage Unit) to the shower, it would be the best buy on the strip😎
I love this place. Unfortunately my fear of heights would kick in anytime I walk near those windows. lol
Thanks for watching!!
👀 She 😲 Back With A FABULOUS CONDO 🤯
🙌🏼🫶🏻
That’s the issue we had with veers towers, the parking., since you don’t have assigned parking spot. Living from East Coast and part time in Vegas, were concerned of coming home very late at night, and no place to park. This is a beautiful location, though, you’re at the middle of the action. The studio to a br unit is reasonable price point. But then, yeah, the parking.
Hi, thanks for your comment and watching! All valid points. Valet is 24/7, but it is nice to have your own assigned or deeded space.
I'm sure you will always have a place to park if you live there. The problem is visitors parking and leaving during rush hour and all of the valets are busy.
One other thing I would like to say about this all these people that are responding in the chat are fake they’re not real people they’re just the people trying to sell this property which is very sick
Can you do a viewing of a residence at the Waldorf Estoria for us Lauren, thanks Ron
Hi, I’d love to! I currently don’t have any of my own listings in there so I need to get permission and some agents/sellers aren’t on board…will work on it😄
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate No hurry, thanks !
Problem is those giant yellow windows, no matter what you do there's always gonna be a ugly yellow hue to the entire condo. Maybe they can figure out a way to tint those windows.
pairing your outfit w a cropped jacket w 3/4 sleeve would be more appropriate
Las Vegas should be made to be “The Greatest Place on Earth”! In fact, there’s a Facebook group called it and I’m the admin.
You may as well stay in one of the nicer hotels!
Watching the planes come in and out would be so cool. Really liked the brightness of the unit.
Thanks for watching!
Classy unit, classy real estate agent.
Dam they don't have houses like that in my state😂😂😂😂
Wall done by a Very popular Artist..😂 Never heard of him ..
😂 I couldn’t remember his name off the top of my head…
Isn t there an ongoing lawsuit over structural issues and leaks...?? and has been said for almost $4M no parking and no balcony can you even open a window in the unit.
Hi, thanks for watching. Yes, there is a construction defect litigation lawsuit ongoing. There have also been construction defect lawsuits in every residential high rise building in Las Vegas at some point in time. No balconies at all in any of the buildings in CityCenter (Waldorf, Veer, Vdara,) due to the Leed certification. Windows do not open either.
Nice location and bones on condo. The furniture and decor is not my style. I would want the condo to be styled in a very fun Las Vegas style.
Don't even get a parking spot. Valet only is counterproductive.
Hi, thanks for watching. Yes, valet only is one of the cons to living in Veer Towers.
For 3.5M, no chance in way I would buy this unit. No parking, closets suck, bedrooms for 2500 sqft are horrible, towel hook was 10 feet off the ground in the master bath, and the building access to the penthouse reminded me of a warehouse. I'd expect more luxury for that kind of money.
Hi, thanks for watching and your comment! It's the prime location that makes it so pricey.
No balcony or deck?!?
Hi, great question. All of MGM City Center are green, Leed Certified buildings, and there are no balconies on any units in there- Veer, Waldorf, or Vdara.
Valet only??? Oh no, they’ll mess my car up!!
Not the full sized bed in the master for $4 million lol.
Thanks for watching - full sized bed was in the second primary suite, which is an awkward shape...The other Primary Suite BR had a king bed 👍
I wonder if that underground parking flooded in the that got all that rain? Thank god she's a "Brick House" because I wouldn't have given up 19:11 minutes of my life to view a three million dollar plus penthouse on the strip. Looks nice but three mill plus?
I thought my NY apartment was expensive. 👀
Yes, in Monopoly, this would be considered “The Boardwalk!”
Great views, but all in all, I’d rather start over with the blank grey canvas and do it right. Their choices suck. And no assigned Parking, for That price…. Nope.
Thanks for watching! How would you design it?
😁🤓😎
I like it, but I don’t love it. Even since I saw the penthouse at the Martin for 18 million. It’s hard to top that. Love the videos
Hi, thanks for watching and your comment! In person, this apartment felt VERY livable and comfortable space wise. The Martin PH was next level!
It’s Las Vegas, not NYC. 4 million, Lol, for an apartment completely devoid of any soul or flavor. Well, kinda like Las Vegas, so touché.
that shelf above the bed in the jr. primary looks like a great place to bump my head every night
😆
2500 sq with HOA approximate $20K/ year not including property tax. I wouldn't buy it.
No too bad love the views but over all it just ok😂😂
It’s nice for someone, but you can get a GREAT house in Vegas for that $$$$
NICE very nice lov the location becuase i lov VEGAS you make it so hard not to buy ..
I love Vegas too, born and raised!
I’m here to help if and when you’re ready to buy!
OK I’m through looking at this. I just bought a house for 980,000 it’s 5200 ft.² my bathroom is bigger than half of this apartment anyone that would buy this property has got to be completely nuts. Everyone knows that Vegas real estate is going down so you buy this now for $4 million and you’ll have to sell it for 1,000,005 to get rid of it. my house has marble flooring through the entire House. It has five bedrooms, a guest house and a view of the mountains. This is a pathetic property that no one in their right mind should even consider.
Hi, thanks for watching. The house you bought sounds like a great deal - where is it located?
Very expensive with a bad floor plan. The closets don't look very spacious depth-wise.
It looks like you walk into a bathroom.
This is how the 1% live. Honestly l wouldn't pay $1,000000.😅😅
Shark Team Real Estate isn't the best name. Who are you sharks for - the buyer or the seller?? Yeah, great beautiful views of hotels!! Lol... Not shocking you're here, considering City Center has been WELL below projections. The Veer is typical Vegas JUNK. Even she has to concede the blueprint is challenging. This is a location property.; there's your outrageous cost.
PAPERWORK time 🎉
📲🙋🏻♀️😀
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate MY PERSONAL WILL GET TO YOU SOON
LOL!!!
Bedrooms are to small
No private parking for Penthouse owners, nope!
Construction-right outside your window? Nope!
Galley bathroom with three feet between the shower and vanity? Nope!
4 million for a 2 bedroom? Nope!
Can’t bring your own furniture? Nope!
HOA fees, 20K a year? Nope.
Weekend test drive with the realtor? Hmmmnnn.
Hi, Thanks for watching and commenting! The construction across the street with a brand new resort will eventually add to the value of being in this location. There’s also a ton of construction on the strip right now in preparation for the F1 races. This location is The Boardwalk/Park Place of Las Vegas, so the real estate is pricey.
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate I understand all that. I don’t need to tell you it’s not easy selling any property with major construction going on next door.
$4 Million. That’s a joke. Nothing about it says fancy starting with the cheap entry way.
It’s likely the amenities that come along with it or something.
Way over priced, very hotel feel, rental vibe. Plus it's going to be wonderful watching all the construction.
Not a Lot for $3.950,000 THEN IS IT… you can Buy 7 3 Bed Homes for that in the Suburbs… With pools . No assigned Parking space FFS 🤦♂️.. No one drives my Car except Me..
The building design is hideous.
Not worth it😢😮😢
Jow much for the real estate agent,? 😉 Jk. Meow meow.
For $4 million I'm not impressed
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the tour, but this unit is overpriced AF
Hi, thanks for watching and your comment! The prime location is a big factor as to why it's so pricey. The condo is worth what a buyer is willing to pay, so it Will be curious to see what it sells for.
Apparently this "realtor" doesn't know what a penthouse is.
Thanks for watching. It’s a penthouse. The 35th and 36th floors in Veer Towers are penthouse units. If it’s not your style or taste or grandeur, that’s fine, but it’s still a “penthouse”. 😎 ✌️
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate A true penthouse is on the top floor.
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate p.s. you're also pronouncing Miele incorrectly
@@Scott-rf5ux yes, I did make a mistake in the pronunciation. I film these in one take and sometimes the words don’t come out properly, or I make a mistake, but boy do people on the internet love to say rude or sarcastic things. As for penthouse classification, that’s not necessarily the case in Las Vegas. In this building, this is the top floor of units, but penthouse units are considered the top two floors, Waldorf Astoria, floors 42-47 are considered penthouses. In The Martin floors 43-45 are penthouses; Trump Towers 60-64, etc.
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate Wow, I haven't seen any "extremely rude things" in the comments I've read. I'm sorry that people post such things! As for the penthouse issue, I prefer to stick to the classic definition (enshrined in case law, btw). I understand that you prefer to do otherwise.
Not a nitch. Try niche.
Thanks for watching. According to the Cambridge dictionary it's pronounced 'Nitch' in American and Canadian English and 'Neesh' in British English. So it seems that the word Niche has evolved and that while 'Nitch' is correct for Americans and Canadians, the rest of the world prefer to pronounce it 'Neesh'. I'm American so that explains my pronunciation.
Dang Jerry, she thanked you and then smoked you....
You said "gorgeous" in the first ten seconds. I think it's funny that every real estate person says this. It's over-used and disingenuous. There are like 200k words in the English language. Real estate agents can only think of one?
Not worth it.
too high and too expensive and not worth it unless you're a billionaire and don't know what else to buy.
Thanks for watching and your opinion.
Okay what color was her pants?
5:15. Wievs are apsolutely beautyfull... Of what?!?!?
Hmmm🤔 the unit looks Small & walkways look Narrow.. I'll PASS!!✌️✌️
I am not a fan of valet parking.thanks for the video however.
Thanks for watching, I'd say about 50 % of the buyers feel the same way.
Eat the rich.
No sale without my own parking sorry i stop watching as soon as you said that place is useless
Huge housing market crash coming! Buy later
