Most condos come with a deeded parking space aside from condotels
what do you think about one queensridge?
I think it’s a great building I did a whole video on it if you’d like the learn more! What do you think about the tower?
I appreciate her honesty but right away those are big turn offs about the certain buildings. Only valet and near that stadium. She was right. What if you have a very nice car and you don’t want some 19 year old stranger driving your $250,000 car! Plus ALL that traffic from the stadium events! OMG. Talk about insanity! Frustration! Not worth it. This will also affect resale value.

I liked the video, but during your review of Sky, there were zero shots of the building. No aerial shots, promotional images of the units, images of the pool, visuals via Google Maps, exterior shots, etc. All I saw were stock video of a pool and fitness center, but they weren't necessarily of Sky.
Hopefully other videos, you don't leave one property out to dry like that.
