  • I got asked how much one should train in order to make the best progressions in pole as a beginner. Today I am inviting you to take a look at the theory behind workin out and how I approach my training.
Its about creating a well rounded routine that targets all the muscle groups that we use and don't primarily use with pole.

Thanks a lot for your videos! I personally tend to get frustrated because I'm starting from a low point, physically speaking, so my muscles can be sore for 2 or 3 days after just 15min of some of your conditioning videos (which I love btw), and I would like to do more to progress faster but well... No point in rushing it, I would just injure myself... So instead I try to be patient and include mobility, cardio and walking into my weekly planning.
It's all about finding the balance between working your body enough but not too much 😁

Exactly! Thank you for your feedback. We tend to get frustrated when things dont happen as fast as we imagined they would be. Being too focused on the outcome (masculine energy driven) and not on the process of how it actually feels to progress and perform right in this time :) Practice yourself being in the now and not worrying about when you will finally be able to perform this one trick :)

Thank you for your beginner videos. I inherited a pole but even though I'm strong I'm not pole strong.

Yeah pole strength is definitely something else. I know that you can get there. Being strong helps a lot actually :)

    Hey !
Unfortunately I can't start pole yet but I wish to and plan to start it next September. But I'm not really neither flexible nor strong so I was wondering : do you have any tips or exercises (without a pole) that I can start now just to improve/prepare my body for when I'll actually start the pole sessions ?
    Thank you :)

Yes of course! You can do all the off the pole workouts I have on here for example or do strength based exercises for your shoulders, back and abs
