This was my very first pole conditioning. And it felt super helpful. Ill definitely be doing it regularly. I'm brand-new to the community. Feeling a little discouraged because I can't even pull up self up on the pole for two seconds. It feels almost impossible. Hoping practice and conditioning helps me. Thank you for this.
@@sincerelykay I'm still beginner status. Classes got too expensive so I stopped practicing for a bit. I can hold myself up on the pole much easier now. I need to dedicate more time to practicing. I shouldve been doing that these last few months. I have a long way to go. Thanks for asking. Feel free to shoot me some tips and videos. 🫶🏽
Have had my pole for a few months and every "beginner" pole I have attempted has been so hard!! This actually felt like a realistic place to start! Thank you!
I've just discovered your videos and they are exactly what I need! I go to class once a week but when I get my pole out at home I just do the same basic spins and inverts, I like having someone to just tell me what to do in a structured way. Thank you!
You are so welcome, happy you are putting your pole to good use. I totally understand that training alone is not really fun and you can loose motivation. Been there too! A schedule could help :)
You are more than welcome! Make sure to check out the other videos as well, I made a whole series on beginner pole so you can dive right in. If you have any specific requests let me know!
Glad you liked it! I am very happy that it helped you and you could gain insight into working with your pole! Definitely make sure to check out all the other videos as well, I have a lot of strength stuff on here but also dance, choreo and my new floorwork challenge. Happy you found your way to my channel as well! Let me know if I can do something to make your pole journey more enjoyable!
@@scorpionshape I just got my pole up after years of being sick and I couldn't believe how weak I am. So I've been trying to work on my arms and shoulders mainly so I can be strong enough to hold myself
Thats ok, you have your benchmark time now :) The next time you will maybe be able to keep going 7:30 min ;) en 8mint keep . You going until you feel the exercises becomig easier to perfom
This is such a realistic workout for beginners. Some other videos I have watched are in no shape or form for a beginner. Thank you so much!
Thank you so happy to hear this! I just uploaded a full beginner series last month, you can check it out :)
Just bought my pole from Amazon yesterday and Cant wait to start my pole fitness journey!! THIS is surely helpful! Thank you so much!!
Right!!!
I was looking for this comment from someone ! Finally someone said it

I might be able to do some of these exercises.
Very good!
Thank you for the great video! Just got my pole installed today and this was my first work out! Absolutely kicked my butt though ! 😂😂
Yeah I am very happy that you liked it! Subscribe for more content to come. I just recorded 2 Videos yesterday :)
Thanks for the video🖤
My pleasure!
I've done pole for a year, but I wanted to do something light before bed. It was not as light as I thought it would be 😅
Ah yeah a workout before bed is not necessarily the best idea :)
I am proud of you for pushing through!
Great video, I was out of breath on the kicks
You and me both!
Hey ich würd mich voll freuen wenn du wieder mal eine Combo für Beginner machen würdest :) :)
mache ich!
Your pole looks smaller? Is that a standard 45mm?? Not that it matters but I was trying to find a slimmer pole and no where in America ships them!!!
Yes it's a 45mm :) there are thinner ones from lupit and x-pole :)
How often do you recommend conditioning?
it depends on your level. I like to do it every time I train but you can see it as a simple workout and do them 2-3 times a week :)
I like the alternative to starting with knee tucks for core conditioning. My body does not like that lol
So happy you like it!
I can't seem to do the side plank with my right arm.
It could be an imbalance of strength here or an injury. Try to do the side plank on your knee until you feel yourself getting stronger
What’s the timer you use?
Ah I actually don't remember, right now I am simply using stopwatch on iphone
I've seen this exact same workout, sime order and everything on another video - I wonder who copied who?
Hmm, I recorded it over 3 years ago and I can't remember copying a video but yeah it happens...
onky made it 7 mins in lol
Thats ok, you have your benchmark time now :) The next time you will maybe be able to keep going 7:30 min ;) en 8mint keep . You going until you feel the exercises becomig easier to perfom
You're so sweet
Aww thank you so much
