When I saw that there’s a Sunshot catalyst when I checked Xur earlier today, I was blown away. Been without that catalyst for years at this point.

Do NOT pick up the armor for transmog unless you have a ton of strange coins. Remember, this isn’t glimmer.

How do we earn strange coins in the modern game?
Strikes, gambit and crucible.
Dares of eternity. You can earn it in any ritual activity but dares is probably the best farm
now with a lot more activity

70+ for the catalyst and you can only get
2 to 4 coins per pvp match or vanguard playlist Wich PvE takes around 10/15 min and pvp around 10 minutes WTF
For a single armor piece you need to do 5 vanguard missions or pvp mat he's
Around 40/50 min playing for a single piece of armor
For the catalyst you need to do
18 missions or pvp matches
Around 2+h or playtime just for 1 catalyst
Taking in count that if Xur only stays Friday Saturday and Sunday
That's beyond stupid and a massive FOMO to make players burn themselves in pvp or PvE playlists WTG bungie

pls dont say opulent gear is rare. They just "sunrised" gear so all that gear has to come back one way or an other which the Minageire had 28 guns alone (edit: this was live so he didn't think of this happening)

Xur selling Catalysts might explain how to get the Wicked Implement Catalyst. I bought the weapon from the Monument the other day but the Catalyst is listed as only being obtained from Deep Dives.

Hey can you do a video on old gear? I have old old gear from vintage armor sets. However, all my armor mods and perks have been deprecated and don't seem to function, the master work sets with super damage reduction buff also don't seem to work.
If sunsetting is gone and we're able to level the gear why not re enable the og perks, mods and masterwork bonuses?
Cause it would make it OP for people who had it and those who didnt would do less damage... use your head.
@@Takkunda not really, the damage reduction is same as the armor mods from new armor sets using armor of light orb pick up buffs which are easier. You also need to wear a full Masterwork set of armor. However, I'd like the gear to be functional again even if the new armor is more convenient and has special adaptive mods.
@@DemiSamaKun no. Not damage reduction. Super damage buff. In world first, they would be using this. Which would give an advantage to people who had it vs people who didn't.
@@Takkunda sorry that's my bad I meant super damage reduction buff. I believe the old pre nerf was 15% damage reduction well using super and every armor sets was fully mastered.
The mods in new armor is about 10% and another 10% if u use a mix. Plus some exotics provided damage reduction. Some like the warlocks adds bonus damage when ur super bar is full, and the arms provide damage buff to stasis alt attack.
I assume u don't have the old armor or ever had the masterworked. There was never a time masterworking armor did anything else other than super damage reduction buff or enhanced base stats. So guessed no one would confuse damage buff as in damage reduction with damage increase.
What ship is he using? Looks like the taken ship with vex tech.

How do you farm for strange coins efficiently in the game?
Burn yourself in strikes nightfall pvp matches that take around 10 min each if lucky and get 2 to 4 coins each run
Or go back to play dares of eternity

If you can upgrade or get a harmonizer from that eternities edge the surrounded goes back up to 41% on swords
I'm actually so sad I missed on getting enough swords or keeping a few to harmonize for the class exotic
I have been grinding the sunshot catalyst for a year with 0 luck. Maybe not a big deal for some but this is nuts they put what I feel is one of the hardest catalyst for me to obtain in Zur. Guess I'll be grinding for strange coins now.
Guys i have a question. Is anyone else experiencing a weird bug where the expert lost sector just disappear when you load onto a planet? The last one was on Nessus with Carl. I loaded on the map and then it disappeared before I got there.
Oh legendary shards how I miss them as much as normal bounties (why couldn't they just emplament shard reset along with season resets we'll never know)

the points are concentrated in one or two stats. Generally speaking you want the points to be allocated to the stats you care about with the minimum in the ones you don't care about.
Other important stat basics: there are two pools of stats mobility, resilience, and recovery; then discipline, intellect, and strength. Each pool can have up to a total of 34 points split between the three stats and a minimum of two per stat.

Armor is over 60 so it’s good stop telling people it’s not worth it when you masterwork it the stats go up so it’s always good
It's not, there are numerous ways to get high stat armor, and it drops enough that anything below 64 isn't worthwhile unless you're new to the game.
