Let’s be completely honest here. If they wanted to nerf this build into the ground, all they had to do was destroy sunbracers. The fact that they didn’t, but they did in fact destroy starfire and HOIL shows that they didn’t actually hate this build like they did the other two builds associated with the mentioned exotics.
They didn’t destroy Starfire though. Starfire is still damn good today. Talks of its destruction are largely overblown. Is it OP for boss damage anymore? No. Is Starfire still one of the best Warlock exotics? Absolutely.
This is like a number of things where I’m realizing the “nerf” was to try to bring it to where it used to be because of other buffs like the extra melee regen you get out of new content like Song of Flame
I think they need to remove the buildcrafting limit on aspects and make it where it doesn’t affect fragment slots anymore, let every subclass have at least 5 slots no matter what
Would using BXR-55 with Demo and incandescence be a good energy? This seasons artifact gives a boost to pulse rifles and demo helps recharge your grenade faster keeping heat rises up more and procing your bracers while incandescent helps spread scorch
@@Kreethehomie I was running it with pugilist but I switched to Demo because I realized that just getting kills in the air, not necessarily with heat rises, will give back melee energy. Out of all the testing Demo has really helped because getting the grenade to eat is probably the hardest part of the build unless I wanna eat one of the sunbracers grenades which I have done a lot in a pinch. I wanna use No hesitation with Demo and incandescence more but the artifact mod boosting pulse rifles has been really helpful.
Warlock main here I am glad that they nerved the well because I was tried of it but the idea that they slightly nerved the sunbeacers now that was just ridiculous.
So true, well of radiance is always our teammate supers, our super is the sunbracers... Now we got 2 supers, the sunbracers and song of flame... Is not a nerv , is a buff lol
I have all available mods unlocked, but you have that shield in a hexagon at the start of 3 of your pieces of armour, i don't seem to have that one. I wonder why
Already tried it , It cooks pretty hard with Dragons breath. Fire a shot before super , pop super and nade + snap will ignite which reloads ur rocket so u can fire again , rinse and repeat to cook bosses even after ur super ends
You need a dungeon key or the new dlc for the rocket assisted sidearms... Whats a good substitute for the kinetic weapon??? I've only been playing for a few weeks. I have dlcs just not pale heart and I don't have dungeon keys.

Maybe cuz the sunbracer loop is a bit more difficult to master and maintain, imo.

i paired this with the monte carlo and the amount of spam is so much fun cause it refreshes your melee much faster

That is called artifice armor it gives you a free +3 in any stat you want you get it from master dungeons when they are in rotation
They need to make dash part of heat rises. Really hurts the movement of the setup imo

Just run a supremacy, fusion rifle, or a shotgun in your kinetic and sun shot in your energy

Zouli bane the hand canon from kings fall or the new auto rigfle or any with incandescent, but the mains are that one
