    I was really consistent with bodyweight and weight training for many years. The last 8 months I gained so much weight and got into the habit of just over eating and doing nothing but sitting down activities. I get winded during regular walks and feel like getting a good breath of air is difficult even when sitting down sometimes.
    Watching your videos is a big reminder for me to stop the nonsense I'm involved with now and begin again the health and strength journey that once brought me so many gains, inside and out.

    Great work my friend, I am always happy to watch your youtube content! Anyway, I am hoping you will do a Muscle Up tutorial in the near future as I just requested in other videos. Salute from Italy and keep training and motivating, you are a great inspirer, first as a man (I don't know you but in general body reflects the lifestyle of a person) and obviously for willing that you put in your workout encouraging weak, strong and super people to get the job done. Bye Kris :D

      @Chebby303 9 лет назад +1

      +Calisthenics & Weight Training. I'm sorry you misunderstood me. My comment was not aimed at you, but at the viewers of your video. So many people think anything other than "weights" is easy and ineffective. They will find out how wrong they were. They will find out what a real "leg day" is...when they are on their knees! As for you? You are, as you know, laying the foundations for good health in those distant, later years! PS. I'll make myself clearer next time! ; )

    • @CalisthenicsWeightTraining
      @CalisthenicsWeightTraining  9 лет назад +1

      +Chebby303 Yeah I know what you mean. Sometimes people tend to look at just a few elements that are not "difficult enough" instead of looking at a workout/training regimen as whole, total volume, variation, muscle contact, quality... Yeah, the training we do is not only investment for now, but for the future :-)
