I fell down the stairs a few months ago, I've been recovering a lot over the past few months and watching all your videos has given me a new found motivation to start calisthenics as soon as I fully recover, and if I happened to win the giveaway it would make this journey easier and who knows maybe within a few years after my recovery I could be doing the human flag, but until I recover I'll just sit in bed with my ice pack.
Im just about 2 months into calisthenics, I switched from weight training because I thought bodyweight training seemed way more fun and rewarding. A muscle-up is one of the goals I set when I first started and I'm hoping to get one before summer thanks to this video :)

Sir recently i had a injury and the doctor has adviced me to not do workout for a weak so i would practice these exercises after 10 days and i would tag you my progress after every 10 days

I’ve been practicing my handstand and font lever but I’ll try a muscle up every now and then. I did a sloppy one but ima use this workout. Thanks
