    I fell down the stairs a few months ago, I've been recovering a lot over the past few months and watching all your videos has given me a new found motivation to start calisthenics as soon as I fully recover, and if I happened to win the giveaway it would make this journey easier and who knows maybe within a few years after my recovery I could be doing the human flag, but until I recover I'll just sit in bed with my ice pack.

    Im just about 2 months into calisthenics, I switched from weight training because I thought bodyweight training seemed way more fun and rewarding. A muscle-up is one of the goals I set when I first started and I'm hoping to get one before summer thanks to this video :)

    This is a well thought step by step video for doing a muscle up in a progressive way. I would love to give this method a try, however I lack the bands for assisted muscle ups but motivated to take the first steps after watching! 😀

    I am utterly excited due to your video! I have been looking forward to see this kind of training because I've been coping with the Muscle up Technique and I hope I will be able to achieve it in 2 months! Last week I even achieved my first Handstand, thanks to your video tutorial. Since this is my goal for this year, I'll try at utmost to unleash my innermost wish in order to achieve it.     I have to strength at 20 pulls and 25lb weighted pulls. But lack the explosive power and technique to even do the band muscle ups. Any tips?

    Sir recently i had a injury and the doctor has adviced me to not do workout for a weak so i would practice these exercises after 10 days and i would tag you my progress after every 10 days
