To be fair, these clowns have bad English conversation skills, so if we say something they can't comprehend, they get mad. However, there are some scammers that possess really good English speaking skills and those are the ones you gotta watch out the most.

Even when they start cursing in other languages, i feel most people would immediately hang up, as no professional would start speaking a different language mid-call like that. Unless they have bad hearing and assume they misheard them, which sadly a lot of their prime targets (old folks) have.

I think, for people who are not used to hearing scam calls and who are easily duped, the scammers are able to create the same sort of mind game / distraction that Kit has mastered on the scammers. Just as Kit is able to lead sammers down ridiculous paths which defy all logic, so the scammers (if they're any good) can lead unsuspecting victims along their own evil path of theft. It's a nasty world!

For these types of scams that rely on the victim pitying the person who "made the mistake" and wanting to save their job, it seems particularly ridiculous when they get so angry and rude and entitled from the beginning. How does that ever work? How do people not just say "your problem, you've been so rude I don't care"??
1- Call a lot of people. The more you call, the more you'll find someone that'll fall in the trap.
2- The pressure : "Do it now or bad stuff will happen"
3- The lack of knowledge about it (Also known as "I understand nothing about computers")
4- Number 1 again (there's really a lot of calls done).

Long story short......I am ok today but I have read that many people that are vulnerable and have lost life savings, homes.......I myself lost thousands but glad it wasn't worse.....

I had a scam called today that told me, "I may qualify for Medicare benefits." I told them I had spoken to their company yesterday and they determined I actually wasn't qualified. They were very confused.
I had a scam call saying I won a vacation and I pretended to be a racist grandpa. They hung up when I started ranting about Indians being the worst race.
I always tell him to call me back in 30 years 😊

The Medicare “we sent you a new plastic card” scam is new and the “ Verizon, we’re switching the way we take payments” as well. We stopped a lady at Walgreens from paying with $700 in EBay cards to pay her bill..I hope you get one of those callers soon.

Yeah, Medicare cards are paper, and wear out quickly if you keep them in a wallet. It would make sense people would want a plastic one as replacement if a helpful and friendly person called up and offered one. Just confirm with them your social security and Medicare numbers with them and they'll send it right out.

I fear this type of situation happens to them one day. They have been scammed of my grandpas entire retirement in 1998 and it crushed them. It would be horrible to happen again and they’re more vulnerable now than ever. Thank you for what you do.
My grandpa was scammed into giving his SS number. He is over 80 and we had to go through so many steps to safeguard his accounts and information. Just horrible! I hope RUclipsrs like Kitboga eat into their bottom line so much that it makes their efforts not worth it. Give it a few more years and well have even MORE channels like Kitboga kickin ass!
Soon scammers won’t exist because all the people that didn’t touch the internet until they were seniors will all be gone. I’m in my mid 30’s and had internet and a pc since the mid 90’s when I was a kid.

It's because the overpaid amount from the transaction is supposed to be refunded to them. It's how the scam goes, they make it appear as though the victim has to do it for them. 'My money' is just paraphrasing 'my company's money'. They just don't English very good.
Not to mention they all tend to say "i want MY money" or "give me 'back' MY money" .... forgetting that it isn't supposed to be "their" money - it is supposed to be their "Company's" money.
