- Chest expander is a very usefull and effective acsessory for home training. It takes very little space to store, but has a great effectiveness. Thanks to a static load your muscles will become stronger and leaner. You can adjust the tension level by simply removing elastic tubes.

Just bought a set of these exact ones, while they will be good for a while they there is not enough tension for serious training. I can stretch for full expansion numerous times as compared to by steel ones from the 1960s. Only buy these if you are starting at beginning level. Anyone else they will too easy too soon. But decent overall.

The lifeline usa chest expanders good. Comes with 3 x 60lbs bands (90lbs) and you can buy 3x 40lbs bands and other bands to enable you to progressive overload.
Not good at all
Lifeline usa chest expander maximum resistance is 270lbs (3 x 90lbs bands). And love the fact that you can buy the bands separately in packs of 3 if any was to snap.
And I read a comment before that a old timer got blinded using a spring expander when one snapped and hit him in his eye (safety goggles is a must)
which is best brand. ? And what's the price ? I'm doing natural bodybuilding from 13 years now I want to make gym in my room where I can do all body workouts I don't want to go gym now I bet with these cables u can do all body workouts in your room those u do in a regular gym it's life changing lovely equipment
I do not use elastic tubes. I don't recommend them, because they stink. I bought a chest expander made of metal. Only the grips are plastic, hard plastic.
Bands are more versatile

bonne longuer de l'extenseur ,car certains sont trop long et ne permettent que des demis mouvements mais les poignées doivent tourner sur un axe

@@efesaroglu7388 Hocam o dönem spora başlamamıştım, 4 yıldır fitness yapıyorum ve bu alet inan hiçbir işe yaramıyor. Dumbell al en az üç çift, evde bile yapılır vücut.
@@lonelywarrior40 bende 20 kg ayarlanabilir set var ama yetmiyor. 60 Tekrar Row,Bench falan atarken çok zor oluyor antrenman 2.5 saati buluyor. Normalde direnç bandı alıp ağırlıklar ile birleştirecektim ama decathlonda stoğu yok onun dışındakiler de çok pahalı. Ben de Decathlondan lastikli olan yayı sipariş ettim çok estetik ve kullanışlı duruyor. Direnç bandı niyetine kullanacağım toplam yaklaşık 40 kg ağırlık beni bir süre daha götürür

Drew K You can do triceps delts chest and more!So there are many you tube videos with a variety of movements!So I had one when I was in my teens and bought a set again some years ago and I can really get a burn especially on my front and rear delts!Great for traveling when no gym is available!

MUHAMMAD ASAD I have a brand call Lifetime with 4 rubber tubes gives you good tension.I also have an older one that has cords.I like the one with the rubber tubes.Four tubes gives you good resistance and there are courses on you tube for workouts!I bought my set while I was in Columbia for ten bucks in the US pay up to $25.00 for a good set.
