I had the problem of crashing on multiple different games with my ps5 and I found the fix. You have to go video/audio settings and turn of the 120hrtz video it fixed all my crashes I was having

@@outdoorwhiskeyguy234 it’s really easy to redownload them by accident, I did all the steps given by PlayStation then deleted the game, figured out it was the dlcs but accidentally downloaded them too so I had to redownload it AGAIN because for some reason you can’t delete the dlcs

That might be because of internet. That game HAS NO CRASHED for me. EVER. I played on ps4 dude. At most I would lose connection but It would be on my end.
I tried every fix I could find. My ps5 will not play PS5 games. I could play the same game as a PS4 title and it will work. I have had my PS5 from launch and this has just started happening. This is extremely frustrating and PS has the worst customer service.

@@threvissamuel9035 you will have to send it to Sony for repair which costs $250 unless you’re still under the 1 year warranty which In that case would be free. Other than that you’re out of luck and if you don’t pay $250 you will just need a new console unfortunately like me

So the only other game I play is Rainbow Six Siege (PS4) and it has never fully crashed. Every PS5 games I've played recently has done it. Witcher 3, Fortnite, Dead Space, Like a Dragon Ishin & now Street Fighter 6 smh

You know how you can play off of your Phone know if you have the app It’s not called media Control but disable that or disable blue tooth your os5 will try to connect to other around you or the app that’s why.
I was stressing Lmfao cause I just bought it and figured it out never turning the app shit on again in my life, un sync the phone from the ps5 too.

My game hasn’t crashed in a month after I turned off Parallax Effects, On demand texture streaming, depth of field, and Fidelity CAS until today 2/10/23. Now I’m crashing every 3 or 4 games and my settings haven’t changed.
This is happening to me too. I wonder if you are in the Beta like I am. It might be a beta problem. Although now, it won't let me revert back. So... Yeah
@@celsorivera6225 I just noticed I had 120 hz turned on in the game. Once I disabled that and did a rebuild of hard drive I didn’t encounter a single issue all night. Also one other helpful tip if you encounter errors at buy stations, buy items slower. I noticed when I bought plates really fast it would crash my game. Good luck to you.

Everytime I play a ps4 game my ps5 freeze and crash
My ps5 shut off 4 times. I never had this problem before until I hoped on warzone 2.0. Warzone 1 or any other game I never had a problem with at all. I don’t know what to do. I tried you method and I’m going to see if it shuts off again.

It's not Liquid Metal, not dust, you don't have to rebuild database, no usb update, changing graphics doesn't work.

So I Uninstalled some. So now my ps5 won't crash.
I don’t know if anyone can help but my PS5 keeps kicking me off my games. I get the notification that it’s verifying my license and it then starts up the game but 1 min later it closes. I checked to see if anyone else was logged in on my account on a different console but no one is. Can anyone please help.

It’s a nightmare I can’t even play a game. I don’t know if you guys had a PS4 but I remember there was a bug where the disc would automatically eject and that happened to me for ages until one day it just stopped.
I played my PS5 fresh out of the box. Played MW2 for an hour or 2. Later when I went to play again, it just crashes & the system shuts off. Been doing it ever since & does it with NFS. I’ve tried everything software related. I’m going to try switching the HDMI cable because it doesn’t fit firmly into the port the way it should. Were you able to fix yours?
@@shaqoutlaw211 no it’s still doing it but I think it’s a bug. I had an issue with my PS4 ejecting the disc automatically. I tried everything to fix it but I never could but one day it just stopped ejecting the disc so I thought it must of been a software bug. But the ejecting issue lasted months though so I’m hoping it’s not the same case, I play PS5 everyday so this is absolute torture for me 😭
For anyone having trouble with fortnite crashing again and again it happened to me and I fixed it. Basically I changed my fortnite region to something else and the next morning it wouldn't work so then I changed the region to auto and then it didn't crash! I even got 2 wins
Ever since I installed MWII my PS5 will freeze, a green screen appears and then the PS5 shuts off. I’ve tried changing some settings related to the HDR/Ray tracing etc but nothing has helped. Seen or heard anything like that? Any suggestions beyond restoring licenses?

@@buddle3119 had to send it in for repair. Sony never confirmed what the issue was, other than to say part replaced and shipped back to customer. So we’ll never know what happened.

On my ps5 I play COD cold war zombies outbreak! I be getting it, all my jugs! My three guns upgraded twice and ill be in the kiddle of round 2 or 3 and it goes to an error message then says view and then report and send! And its does this every time I play!! So I pray this works!

Yeah for some reason I can’t play my ps5 games for long eventually they will freeze. But my ps4 games never freeze I can play those games for as long as I want. Also streaming services doesn’t freeze either. So I’m wondering why it’s just my ps5 games only

MW 2 did this to my PS5. Once i erased that game and everything regarding that game from my cloud and my console then it worked perfectly again.

@@unkeptscrxp807 I made a.mistake and downloaded it on PS4 & PS5. It made my PS5 crash. So I erased both and downloaded MW 2 on my PS5 only. I'm good now.

Let me talk to ya, sometimes when I play my WWE2K23, sometimes it would crashed whenever I just won a match or even if it shows replays. Happens to any wwe games. If this doesn’t work, idk what else to do. I didn’t buy a ps5 just to have one of my games crashed like the 4th one.

Apex Legends is the only game that crashes on my PS5 i've done every trouble shoot solution given by both Apex and PS5. PS5 confirms the crash is do to Apex not PS and Apex confirms the crash is do to their coding, or lack of skill there-of.

Why does my ps5 turn off when playing ps5 games
None of these work… I was having spiderman remastered crashing every some minutes and also TLOU freezing at the very start screen all of the sudden in my PS5, no other method worked for me but when I adjusted the graphics so 120 hz is disabled, the issues seem to have stopped. Yesterday I played spiderman all day long perfectly and also tried TLOU and did not freeze anymore. Guess the machine is not able to perform 120 hz after all… If it wasn’t because of the exclusives I would not consume sony’s products anymore. For now, I use de series X for any multiplatform game.
