This guy is a ripoff of Shang-Chi's (70s) adopted brother Midnight who was also a master Martial Artist the only difference is he's White and a thief where the original Midnight was an African child who was raised by Fu Manchu and trained alongside Shang-Chi to become an assassin.
RIP Gaspard, great actor, loved him as young Hannibal, and I’m excited to see him as midnight man, which I’m just now hearing about lol

Dude! Moon Knight is one of my all time favorite comic book characters and if someone told me 10 years ago that we would be getting a serious and fully realized live action version of Moon Knight/Marc Spector, in the form of a tv miniseries, I wouldn’t have believed anyone. The fact that Marvel put a lot of passion and love into this project has me really jumping for joy on the inside. Oscar Isaac also looks as though he put a lot of care and effort into his portrayal of Marc Spector. Wednesday is almost here and I think I’ll be staying up late Tuesday night so I can jump right into moon Knight’s premiere at 12:01am. I couldn’t be any more excited for this!

Midnight man looks VERY similar to the old character Midnight, the adopted brother of Shang Chi (Marvel Special Edition 18). He died but was briefly resurrected by Kang in Avengers 131. Midnight ALSO had a scarred face.

I just hope that his passing didn’t have anything to do with Moon Knight only being a 6 episode miniseries and not something that they were planning on making multiple seasons out of. Regardless, it’s said to hear that he died. I’m sure his portrayal of Midnight-Man is going to be amazing considering he did a phenomenal job playing a young Hannibal Lecter. I’m so excited to see the first episode this Wednesday.
