MR Glavenus Vs. Hammer - Monster Hunter World: Iceborne - ディノバルド ハンマー ソロ【MHWI】

Solid run, had bad positioning for a few punishes but other than that I think I played solid, good head snipes and I managed to get one of those golf swing punishes on Glavenus' tail scrap. Though only once because I had good positioning + his head stayed still for a moment. I should probably just punish those with a level 2 charge instead.
Glavenus is an okay monster in Iceborne. It generally feels like a worse version than Gen and GU's Glavenus, which was overall faster and more active. Even its moveset in Master Rank compared to GU's G Rank is smaller I think. His theme is also so much worse...
One miscellaneous thing I do love about Glavenus in Iceborne is that it does noises that sound a lot similar to Bowser in the Nintendo 64 era Super Mario games, and you guys know I love Bowser hahaha
I spent an afternoon training to get back into Iceborne and attempt a little bit of speedrunning. I'm getting decent against Acidic Glavenus with Slaplance and I want to post a run against Diablos using Hammer as well.
I don't find this game particularly fun anymore when compared to Sunbreak, and I hate that I cannot manage to make Reshade work on it, but MHW:I is still an okay game to go back to sometimes just to mix things up.
I've never really been an Iceborne speedrunner, keep that in mind in case this completion time is shit, cause I frankly haven't checked lmao
