You know, you are not as weird as you think
Also, you are not as sophisticated
But if you can make someone happy
It doesn't matter
I know the wounds don't fade as quickly as you wished but someone will love you regardless
If you feel unable to open up wait till you meet that person
You will be ok
Brush your teeth every morning while you try to step on her toes
I know the bitterness still echoes and you are unable to hide it
Remember that you can forgive them and still hold them accountable
Watch her breathe silently
Watch her shadow touch the walls of your room
Sometimes you have to get outside of your head to leave room for healthier thoughts
It will take time to understand yourself
But If people feel loved around you
then one day you will love yourself as well
Hold on to the carelessness for a little longer
Let novelty linger for a while
Don't let them take it away from you
Ask stupid questions
Cry to cliche romantic movies
Don't take yourself too seriously
Outsmart the paradox of the human condition
I wish you could see your eyes when you spoke your truth
Enjoy the time you spend alone
You will be your only friend sometimes
Explore ideas and ridicule the concept of our finite existence
Pause,
And listen to the sounds around you
Stay still,
And observe the colors making patterns
This world has a certain rhyme beneath the chaos

For the longest time I hadn't come to terms with some issues, and statements like 'forgive and forget' seemed completely insane. But the message in this video "forgive and still hold them accountable", brought so much peace to me. Thank you so much for this lovely and thoughtful video!!

This is absolutely beautiful…I have a friend who in a couple of months is turning 20, and it’s everything she needs to hear, all I want to say to her, so….I’ll send her this on her 20 birthday

I'm 28 and life hit me pretty hard. I used to live in Miami being around street violence, guns, death, and I even used to eat $3 a day, 25 cents noodles, expired toast and canned campbell tomato soup. I survived the Boston Marathon Bombing which was a few feet away and I saw all the blood the people screaming and I was alone at 18. I also used to live in a room with no kitchen, trash bag as a window and bugs crawling on me at night. I also took boxing to protect myself and learned how to defend against bigger threats. Now I live in a cabin in the north of Sweden where I go down to a lake to breathe and heal my past and I post on RUclips to help others who need it the most 🙏🏽
Trust me this was all I needed to hear after a long and a hard year.

I’m on the verge of crying. The last 2 months have been hell for me. Girlfriend of 4 years left me and I found out two days ago she’s falling for someone else. She told me they’ve been talking for about a month meaning she moved on a couple weeks from when she left me. I’m in so much pain. This month is going to be so hard because we always made sure to celebrate the holidays to most of our abilities. I miss her so much yet she doesn’t at all. I’m so hurt I’m on the verge of giving up.

I was happy during my trip indeed
I come back to this video whenever I feel like I'm losing hope in my future. I come back to feel all the complex feelings this video makes me feel. I end up leaving with a heavy heart for my past and with hope for my future. This video's got power since it's doing a good job at helping me get through the breakup of a 7 year old relationship.

You can literally hallucinate objects and beings into existence because what's happening is you're tapping into that pure abstract creative potential of mind. That's exactly what you want. Of course it can be kind of freaky but a psychedelic is that times a thousand. See so again the point is not to achieve some blissful state or to see some cool colors or to travel to some new dimension you can do all those things. That's nice, that's fun. The point is the lessons the insights you get and the meta understanding of how this entire process works because as you're exploring all your different domains you're learning about your own mind. How the mind of God is generating reality and why it's generating it.
