Thank u...this is perfect! May God bless u all ♥️ a new subscriber too! Yay 😁
Thank you so much! I was struggling to find something nice to make for a small gift for friends. These are perfect! I went to my local Wal-Mart and they had the towels! Can't wait to get started today. You continue to inspire me. God bless you and your lovely family. Congrats on the new baby!

Fantastic video. You always explain every step so it is easy to understand. Manny at the end being silly shows his support of you. He must be a great husband.
Thank you for your detailed instructions , I will be making the kitchen towel and table runner as a set for my daughter and daughter in law. You are so inspiring. Hugs
What a cute gift idea. I love those owls and the coordinating fabric is perfect. I will definitely make some of these for Christmas gifts. Thank you Sherrill!
Thank you for the easy to understand video’s I am a quilt top builder mostly but I am going to try these and the Christmas tree skirt projects thanks again
You video tutorials always get me to thinking...your towels are exactly what my granddaughter needs! I'll make her a few "hand towels" for her bathroom so her six-year-old can dry her hands without pulls towel off rod! Think I'll put decorative fabric on bottom similar to another of your videos. Keep sewing...enjoy all your videos!!
Sherrill, my husband went to Walmart yesterday to check for me after I heard about new fat quarters by The Pioneer Woman. Our closer store had them and the store a little farther has the fabric by bolts. It’s adorable! But know what??? He came home with 26 fat quarters!! 2 of each pattern and 4 of 1 by mistake! 😂 You should check your store if you haven’t yet. They are rolled, not folded, just to let you know. Also, 100% cotton. 😊 Have fun shopping 🛍!!!
@@TheSewingRoomChannel you’re so welcome! I do enjoy watching you sew very much! I like small projects like this. I did several for gifts last year. The prints are endless and can be changed so much with all the trims that are available to choose from. Thank you for your videos!
Thank-you for the wonderful tutorial of your decorative kitchen towel. It was very interesting and it was very easy to follow your instructions.I loved the fabric you added to the top and the trim as well it made it look really beautiful and something special to display in your home.xx💕

I decided a year ago at the age of 55 to teach myself to sew. I love it! Where do you set your needle when sewing on the fringe? Do you sew down the middle with the zigzag stitch?
Hi Their Mom. Yes do a zigzag stitch down the middle. Your machine might start on the left side of center or the right size of center. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I love your videos and appreciate your attention to detail. I want to know, after I apply the heavy interfacing to the fabric do I remove the paper backing or just leave it on? Also what kind of interfacing do you recommend for this project? I have Heat n Bond Ultra Hold Iron on Adhesive that I purchased at Walmart.
Hi Kristi. You can use type that you like. I use Pellon fusible interfacing - light weight to medium weight. Walmart also sells the Pellon interfacing off of the large bolts. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 💗 and happy sewing😍
Hi Anita. The templates are made by June Taylor. You can find them at Joann Fabrics and crafts in the quilting tools section. Thanks for watching💗and happy sewing😊
At our Walmart you could wait for two hours, or more to get someone to cut your fabric. That’s providing there is even anyone there to cut it at all that day.
Thank you for this video. I'm a newbie to sewing but your gentle soft instructions give me confidence that I can do this too. Could you tell me how many yards of material i would need for the holder part of the towel.
Hi LaRene. Tell your husband I love it👍 I am left handed, and I like having the drawers on the left hand side. I have had it for about 8 years, and it has held up perfectly. Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
I really enjoy your tutorials. Thank you! The sound affects are distracting. I listen on a headset and they aren’t pleasant. Just thought I would share that. I honestly think the videos would be more professional without those. Thanks again!

If your towel is 12 inches wide, would you still make the length 9 inches or should it be longer to balance the wide width of towel? Thanks
Hi Lisa. You can cut the length any size. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.😍
Do you have a print out of the pattern for the type?
Hi Nicole. I demonstrate how to draw the pattern. It is very easy to draw, and only takes a minute to draw. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Where was the 9 inch measurement for the fabric determined? Is it 9 inches regardless of the width of the towel?
Hi Kate. Fold your towel as shown and measure the width. Use that width to cut your fabric. Hope this helps. Stay safe, and happy sewing.
