Just like every one else, I’m amazed. The last time this happened I tore the printer apart and used a cleaning kit. This worked just as well with no mess. You rock!

There was another guy who posted a video up about power cleaning it but he didn't say that the printer had to be off to use the power button and help button at the same time. This information is MORE helpful. Although I already did a power cleaning process thru the printer maintenance icon, I did this power cleaning cycle as well. VERY informative and simplified on HOW to go through the process. Thanks dude.
